Lincoln had fully outgrown his previous stroller and we knew we were going to be walking around a TON on this vacation, so we decided to take the leap and get him a full sized special needs stroller to help him truly enjoy the experience a little more! Couldn't have made a better decision. We have been exploring and seeing all the sights in historic Williamsburn, Jamestown, and Yorktown and have loved every minute of it!!

I don't know why but when Jude started massaging Lincolns feet it took me back to the story you told when you picked up Jude & Liam in the taxi on adoption day. Stephen had given Jude the change from ice cream he'd bought. The taxi stopped at traffic lights. A mother knocked on the window begging. Jude then asked you first if he could give her the money. You obviously said yes.This caring child is nearly a man & hasn't changed a bit. 10/10 .This caring runs through all of your family.

They need to have it to keep him safe at times coz he is a runner🤣🤣 which is the most awesome thing ever and also give them a break coz pushing this growing baby boyy is better than carrying him everytime. He is getting heavier and its not good for their arms. But of course who wld decline Linky bear's huggies?!

My ancestors , 2 brothers landed in Jamestown. One stayed in Virginia, the other founded a town in Kentucky. They never met again. Thank you for this trip, I’ve never been to Virginia.

Stephen you sing your heart out anywhere you wish. So far, it's a free country.👍.🎶🎼 Loved the historical facts and amazing relics from the past. Traveling by ship was always a chance for early settlers. If they didn't get ill from diseases on board ships, then weather was the second most hazardous problem. It took a lot of brave souls to settle in any new land. Lincoln kissing Reese's hand such a sweet sister and brother moment. Love ❤️ your videos. Very well presented and filming is excellent.

I used to have a special needs stroller it was basic with four wheels and some fabric. when I was a child but they have improved now a days. Am so excited for you Lincoln your stroller looks amazing and comfortable 😍

So glad you got a good stroller for Lincoln. My littlest nephew (10yrs old now) has a lot of medical issues, and while he can walk and run, it is really helpful to have a stroller for him since if he gets too tired or hot he can have issues with his muscles not working properly. Having a stroller when going long distances really helps prevent those issues. And if you have a stroller, it is super important that it fits your child, especially if they have medical issues. J's stroller has extra lateral (side) supports to help him since his muscles don't always want to help him sit up well.

I get Penny's thoughts... As a child I couldn't believe Jerky was real! My parents had to control the amount I ate! 🤭 Thanks for sharing the trip with us... keep having a delight and peaceful fall break. Buy the way, were you seeing yourself on the camera screen while filming? I 'm guessing that because of Linky's "Cheese!" 😁 Would I repeat myself if I say it's so sweet to see the sibling bonds they have? Remember that back then, men were smaller due to the diet that they were fed. That's why the beds are that much smaller. I came to Canada when I was 14, in November. Used to live in South Wales, UK. Roman settlement with fortress, baths, amphitheatre etc. That's my favourite time in history but love going to place like Jamestown. Got my wish with the summer of when I was 14. Took a trip with my family down to Williamsburg. We drove :) Yeah, still remember it.

Hello ‘ my family’ ! Thank you for showing me things that probably I won’t ever see in my entire life! Beautiful scenery, and all! Mind you I did get a bit jealous when Penny was eating beef jerky. When I lived in South Africa we called it Biltong. The Dutch coming on wagons to Africa had first created this dry meat so as to last them on their journeys with their wagons ! They officially named it Biltong, and the Americans beef jerky! It’s also made with deer, ostrich, kudus, springbok and cow meat as well! Love you all ‘ terribly’ all the way from Athens Greece 🇬🇷 ( fage country!!) ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️- a heart for each one of you! ps The best James Bond for me was Sean Connery!!

My best friend as I grew up in Canada was from South Africa. Every once in a while they would feed me a few chunks of biltong -- I loved it!

@Mary in fact biltong is actually different to beef jerky. They are similar but not the same thing. Beef jerky is sliced into strips before the cooking and drying process. Biltong is air dried as a whole piece and then sliced into bite-sized pieces. Due to the drying and slicing process, most biltong is softer and fluffier in texture whereas beef jerky has more of a steak-like chew. Also there is more sugar in beef jerky as it's marinated and biltong isn't.

Glad the stroller’s working out well! I’ve seen a lot of comments saying they hope he doesn’t need it for long, but as a wheelchair user myself, I want to say that it’s okay if he does! Mobility aids aren’t bad things & they can help so much with a person’s quality of life, especially as this will help Lincoln to not get so worn out or be trailing behind ☺️

thank you for sharing this part of the trip as well! uniquely, the Jamestown Settlement that you guys were at, reminded me so much of Mount Vernon in D.C., it looked very similar but it also reminded me of Plymouth Plantation in Plymouth, MA. - so interesting!! Stephen and Amanda, you both remind me 100% of my parents..haha my Mom especially LOVES history and actually wanted to work in a museum educating others about specific historic events...if you didn't know, Cape Cod, MA. is pretty historic with their homes and people - for example, the Pilgrims Landed in Provincetown, MA. (tip of Cape Cod) before landing in Plymouth! History is SO fascinating! I really like Lincoln's NEW stroller, love the fact that those exist!

Hi Beautiful Miller family: Thank you for sharing this wonderful video with us! Jamestown was incredible! It was so amazing how everything looked so realistic! My hubby Mark also majored in American History in University. Yah, he's Canadian! He was so good his history professor suggested that Mark should apply to Princeton in American history. Mark was really torn what he should do, but he decided that he didn't want to have too many more years of university. It is a decision that he still regrets. So after 4 years of University in Ontario Canada, Mark went to Teacher's College for a year and then started teaching in elementary schools. He is now retired, but he still has fond memories of the wonderful courses that he took in American history. This was such an amazing trip for the kids! They are so lucky to have such amazing parents!
