That 70% Alu weld looks so nice and soft, that weld looks fantastic.

I run 15-20 on an 8size gas lens all day. Gives the same result as your 33. I can tell you don’t pay for the Argon lol

I run 35-50cfh from my own bottle. Gas coverage is important 👍🏼

@@mitchellmoore902 It's NOT that important . In a shop , no wind , no fan , no fume hood , 10 cfh could produce acceptable welds . There are charts available with recommended flow rates.

As noted in the video...use post flow to shield the end of your weld. Also great for keeping the end of your rod under to avoild putting contaminated metal back in your weld when you go fire up on it. Exact opposite was done in video.

I think he meant the TIG 275. I has the option of the pulse controls.

It's funny how you sit there and say how many knobs are on the 225 and how many knobs are on the 375. I have a prime weld Tig 225x it's got 13 knobs on it most important is AC freak AC balance pre-flow and post flow and of course you're amperage knob. Also too on my machine it's also checked out too for 2T and 4T motion so I also have upslope down slope base amp all that. And then on top of that I also have pulse up to 200 HZ. And I'm sure my prime weld with the max cool 3000 water cooler and my CK worldwide flex lock torch. Probably cost 25% of what that Lincoln aspect cost or any Miller diversion or dynasty or synchro wave.

Just to make sure the Lincoln tig 225 has a pulse same as a pulse frequency as the tig 375 . also the pulse frequency dial is reading off to 20 Hz.

There’s so many new welders for less $ than these old transformer machines these machines are to expensive for what they do these days. I’m not knocking these proven machines just saying there phasing out for smaller more adjustable cheaper inverter machines.
