The modern farmhouse style Lindal Elements Ash home design is comprised of a compact cluster of barn-like structures, available to build on your property!
Beautiful house, but the filming is terrible (especially for a marketing video), you can't see anything because it jumps around so much and so quickly. Even the shots of the exterior cut off the bottom of the house :(
@@replyhere590 Thanks for this helpful tip! You can also change the playback speed settings under the settings "wheel" icon at the bottom right of the video.
I'm not sure as Lindal sells only the design and materials package, which doesn't include labor, finishing, etc. To get an estimate on the cost to build in your area, contact your local Lindal rep: lindal.com/locate-a-lindal-representative/
Editing in this video is too fast paced. No sense of the spaces or overall volumes. Bunch of detail shots. Slow and steady would be a better approach to market your homes.
Just got my estimate. *Talk about a total Bait and switch* UNBELIEVABLE!!! Don’t give them a dime paid 5k for their architect to make plans (on a kit) and then take another 90 days for an estimate that was over 200k more JUST FOR THE MATERIALS than what their brochure (that I also paid for) listed. FYI: the estimate didn’t factor in the Lot, Survey, foundation, electrical or plumbing. Just the price for the BS kit. Absurd. Won’t be doing any business with them.
Hi RCH, We don't provide any price estimates in our brochures. Also, we only provide the design and the kit of material parts for the home. We are upfront about this and state that the final cost is often 3-4 times the package price. There is no way we can predict the cost of your lot, survey, etc., unfortunately.
@@Lindal AMAZING!!! It took one hour to get a response to this. Impressive when it took over 3 months! to get a material list from you guys and that was after I paid 6k. (But not a day went by o didn’t have a marketing email in my inbox 😉) I wasn’t implying that you included the things like the survey, electric or plumbing. I was saying that the estimate was 200k over what I was expecting based on my fist correspondence and “comparable kits” that had been done in the past. I pointed out that the numbers did not include the extras so people know that it was the kit that was so absurdly priced. Brochure was the wrong term, but based on correspondence and the floor plans i had been presented with in PDF form, the price was *WAY* off. So far off that a stick build would be more affordable and better value. Truly disappointed.
@@RCJH2022 I'm sorry you were unhappy with your experience and the Lindal process. Even though we show hundreds of floor plans on our website and in our plan books, every Lindal home is quite customized and very few are built straight out of the book. We honestly do not make a profit on our design fees and charge a fraction of what an architect would. Our goal is always to actually have the home built, not to profit on design. That said, I apologize that you felt there was a lack of transparency. Please feel free to reach out to me at josk@lindal.com if you want to discuss further.
