A very peculiar thing about rig rundowns is that people in the comments never have problems with someone's gear if they play blues. Rock or metal player shows his pedals, a bunch of dads with les paul or american flag profile pictures show up saying "you're hiding behind all them peddles, back in my day we plugged straight in" Blues player shows off the same amount of pedals and the same crowd is nowhere to be found. Just a strange internet observation.
Saw Lindsay in Toronto two days ago. SUCH a good performance, my mind was blown, was so happy to be there. And her guitar solo made me ascend into heaven from the lawn seats!
I'm not gonna say thunderbolt is changing this I bought all the pedals mess soon. You've been playing with cassette players or amplifiers, who usually have standard volume controls. Professional players are optimizing their keybinds for easier and faster access for competitive gameplay with shift/ctrl/alt/fn modifiers. Which is not something you begin with having one pedal and your amplifier distortion. So probably must have a friend who after long putting all the pedals together and wiring session says - it's all connected.
