Switch to another patch and make it however you want BUT make sure to have the looper on that patch as well otherwise it will just turn off.

Thanks a lot my friend, but the problem is the same for me, going to another patch, is affecting the loop as well. For example patch 1 clean...patch 2 plus dly..I don't know what i am doing wrong lol.

SOLUTION! To everyone struggling. The solution is: Make sure that all the patches have the same looper, and make sure that the looper is at the end of FX Chain!

Dude that's what I was trying to say. I should of been more specific. Yes, it has to be the same looper and loopers generally always go at the end. Apologies for not being more specific 👍

You can’t switch patches or else the looper will stop. You can only change the effects your running in the current patch. For this reason I want to run a separate looper pedal with the Pod Go.

Yes

Main out from Pod > Input of the Focusrite. But I just use the USB straight into my PC to record. Much easier 😀

In Pod Go Edit, click on the Looper in your signal chain at the top so the pointer is under it. Double click on whichever looper you want from the list to go into the settings of the looper. Now you should see the footswitch icon just to the right of the Factory/User/Impulses folders. Click on it so your footswitch icons appear at the bottom. Making sure the pointer is still under the looper click on whichever footswitch you like to assign it. Simple.

@@TonyEmeryGuitar I need to see a video of this, because when I select a footswitch from the bottom it doesn't seem to do anything. Also it looks like the power on button for the looper icon up top is not on. There is only an option to delete it and not to turn it off/on like other pedals.

You can also use 6 switch in mono or stereo where all the foot switches can be used, and toggle out with the mode switch to scroll up or down through banks as well as switch on or off effects. Or as you used the 1 switch method.

@@TonyEmeryGuitar I don't know either but I've picked up some free presets and IR's from the Line 6 website and various RU-vid tutorials. I'm sure somebody watching explain how it's done if you're interested. I've seen presets for sale for quite a bit of money that aren't even close to the tone you dialed in. Your clean tone on the preset is crisp and pure. The dirty tone has great bite without being too scooped. 90% of tone is in the fingers but the Pod Go sure helps nail that final 10%. I picked up my Pod Go a couple of weeks ago and I am blown away by what the thing can do. Keep rockin' and all the best from the San Francisco Bay Area. MK
