I actually use this wireless as well. The first one I bought was actually broken right out of the box. Thankfully after much discussion, Guitar Center reluctantly replaced it. But I think what Glen was trying to get at is that when you buy a piece of gear you really shouldn't have to worry about fixing these things. Especially when you're gonna take it on the road. Personally, I made my own "Custom" pouch that holds the battery door shut and I can still see the lights and access the power switch. Not the greatest quality Tbh but it does work and sound great.

Better solution, use a hair tie instead of a zip tie! it's constantly keeping the compartment tight and also can easily be taken off and replaced (or used), a zip tie has to be cut off and kept at the same lenght!

Have you experienced signal drops? Coz I experienced it twice in big events.

Mines came and it sounds horrible. All the treble disappeared and a lot of volume is cut. The cable length thing doesn’t do anything.

Does it work normally on electro acoustic guitars or do I have to do something else?

Hey, did you have some kind of problem with using g30 plugged into 6505+? I have both, amp and unit and honestly, I have no idea why there is so much noise while playing and the gain is somehow halved

I used epoxy to permanently attach the clip to the unit and it can't come off even if I wanted it off. My battery door latch snapped this weekend and we used a few strips of gaffers tape wrapped around the unit to hold the door shut. I will probably use a thick zip tie around the unit and slip it up to open the door and then back down around the door to keep it shut. Shame the battery door is so cheap. Mine has been operating flawlessly for geez... at least 8 or so years. Our bass player and other guitar player have the more expensive relay units and they are always having wireless interference problems regardless of channel and mine just works crystal clear every time.

Xvive U2 that thing is CRAZY!!! Small and would blow your mind!! it did me.. Price was very affordable .... Rock on my fellow brothers!!!!!

Oh also the XVIVE U2 has a 70-75ft range latency is 6mili can't notice that and is rechargeable 4 channel check it out Y'all There the size of a key remote for your car. AMAZING!!!

I like this unit for under 200.oo G-30, Boss also has a rechargeable unit no batteries needed.

I use the g70, much better build. Had it for two years now, hasn't failed me once. Love it!! I also just gaff tape it to my strap. Works great!

Good solutions but i think if i had the extra $100 i'd just buy the g50 since it's metal, not plastic.

although, if it's supposed to be a pro--or even semi-pro--tool or instrument, the construction is very poor

nooo line 6 is other shittt. I don't believe it's like the keys 1941s/1598s was probably used in keys and it's in many old amps. well aware it's oldddd

No problems with mine. But For only $200 they HAD to cheap out somewhere.......I would rather have cheap cosmetics, than electrical problems.
