Um, ya all forgot the re-start, there is no cross after the turning jazz box and only 2 heels on the last eight counts not 4. Did you guys even read the step sheet or watch the Choreographer's videos? And ya posted this, wow.

Allowances for variations? Well yes, if one is just dancing it. But these guys look like they are teaching in a professional environment and as "professionals" should follow what the choreographer wrote. Also, not sure if leaving out part of the dance (the restart) could be considered a variation. Normally variations are changes in foot work, not totally changing how the dance is moving. If part of the dance floor is doing the restart and part not, that could be a problem. Besides, if one has any rhythm not doing the restart just feels wrong.

Believe it or not, I forget to do the restart myself sometimes. Quite honestly, I don't mind how they do the dance. They are having fun and they stayed within the spirit of what I choreographed. I'm happy that they like the dance and are doing it.
