There is no particular reason. You can take different azimuth angles for better result

For different angle view we will get better result, this is sun azimuth angle

How do you get the Coordinate system WGS 1984 UTM zone 43N while creating lineament shapefile?

While creating the shapefile, the edit option is there in the bottom right. You just click it and select the projected coordinate system in that you select the utm options after that you will get the utm zones which one you want.

the projection you used for the shape file was a projected one, please confirm if the SRTM DEM layer had a projected coordinate system spatial reference or a geographic coordinate one what is necessary for this methodology

In conversion tool in arc tool box from Raster option is there in that you select raster to polygon to convert it

But your map looks different that one was a rastrer and this one is a vector I tried to convert it to vector but it is not taking it as a valid raster please help this is my last chance to finish a project and have a chance to apply for jobs I am begging you literally
