Homemade linear delta-robot, really tripod cnc robot, another rep-rap. Experimental construction driven stepper motors.
Linear sliders PTFE self-adhesive foil lined, this is very good. RC modell joints. Workspace d 120x160mm. EMC2 is working very well! I have edited new kinematic file in "c". Machine have x, y, z axis and A axis for extruder of RepRap application. Max feed-rate
2400mm/min, this larger motors can be more. Joystick control configured in EMC2.

Thanks for the upload. As for the joints, some delta machines are now using larger steel bearings and strong magnets to make the joints. This would be another option for those who can't find the traxxas rods.

Very nice. This is similar to the modification I want to make to rostock. I'd like to do t slot instead of rod to make a sturdier, and hopefully more accurate frame. Props on the work.

The sliders are minimal backlash. However, the threaded nut and screw threads between backlash. This eliminates most of the weight of the structure. Could do with teflon threaded nut. greeting

Fantastic Work. Can you make an exchangeable Head interface with a pass through tool control. Can you design a framework for 2+ deltas to co-ordinate a task?

Hello! Rossz hír: nem tud. Játszani lehet vele, gyakorlatilag használhatatlan, rossz sebességek, két g-code között szabálytalanul halad, paraméterek nem kézbentarthatók. Keresd ezt:"Driving parallel-kinematic machines with Mach3 and Rhino3D" Ilyen képletem nincs - "heliumfrog deltarobot" foglalkozik excel számítással. Linuxcnc-ben realtime forward és inverz kinematikai a számítások zajlanak, igy másfajta egyenletek használatosak. A c fájlt elküldhetem

I need suggestion please,Im making similar 3d printer,but i cant decide should i use belt or spindle,i know that spindle is more precise but belt is easier to control end use,what do you think? Thanks in advance.

Hello, how are you? I'm trying to design a similar linear delta robot like your robot, but i'm having serious problems with the forward kinematics.It is for academic porpouse. Could you help me with this? I don't know how I should calculate it. I've tried by many ways, but none of these seems to be the correct one. Any recommendations will be well received. Not a good idea to apply stepper motors when payloads can change unless you have sensors on each axis.

Hi! This is a non-trivial kinematics / parallel kinematics / and this can not be achieved Mach3. Please write precisely what you want.
