3+4/x=0; os this a linear equation because in first glance it dosent look like linear equation but if we take the factor than it will become (3x+4)/x=0 => 3x-4=0x => 3x4=0 now it became a linear equation.
7:21 is not an algebraic expression because an expression should have at least one variable and one operation to be algebraic - this is what websites in google are saying please clarify the doubt sir .
