Under the scroll bar of the video. Point and you should see the various chapter names. Also, right next to the video time, there is a right arrow. Click on the arrow and all the chapters will appear on the right. From mobile, click on down arrow next to the TITLE. SCROLL down under description and click on the time stamps. Hope this HELPS!
