Great session and excellnt video. I'm fishing that peg in two weeks time, so thanks for the info in your video. First time at Linear, but I'm targeting the Tench rather than the Carp. Any other information on depths, weed, bars that sort of thing would be most helpfull if you don't mind? Many thanks, SA.
There is a bar at 10/11 wraps 40 yards. There is 9 foot of water on top of the bar where as both sides of the bar are 12 foot deep no weed at all at the moment except on the marginal slope hope that helps thanks Leigh
Great video and loads of info. I’m fishing peg 5 first week in April so thanks for the info. Did you have any issues with crayfish? I live the other side of Hakey bay lol. May see you around our local lakes
Thanks mate glad you enjoyed the video. I personally had no issues with crayfish. I think some areas of the lake are worse than others just take some plastic baits and hardened hookbaits just incase. hopefully see you on the bank soon thanks Leigh
Fantastic session mate!!! The thing about the unsociable swim is it's nice n quiet, and you get to do your own thing undisturbed... Definetly think you have something to go on with what you do with your baits, different shapes and sizes,i will be trying this next time I'm out.. Good luck for your next trip to St.Ives as well mate👍👍👍

I have not personally fished peg 6 but my mate was in there and he fished open water to your left and the far margine the fish travel tight round that point and in to the bay
