Hello ma'am, i just wanted to let you know that i cleared PM with 65marks and your lectures helped me a lot, your short and precise lectures cleared all my topics. Thank you very much for providing these valuable lectures.
Hello Mam. I want to thank you for the videos. It really helped me during my performance in the subject of performance management. Your videos are really helpful in understanding the concept. I wrote my exam and it went well. I hope I am clearing the exam. Thank you once again. You are amazing ❤️
Hi mam, In previous PM exam sessions, I have been noticed that the performance analysis of a company using 3E's ( Economy, Efficiency, Effectiveness) were asked. So can you please upload a video relating , how to approach such type of questions.
Ma'am what is that When greater than equal to sign then we have to choose nearest point and if it is less than equal to then farest point ? Can you please explain that point.
For ‘≤ constraints’, say for raw materials, the feasible region lies below the constraint lines. The objective function given here is usually the contribution. Contribution can be increased if we produce more units. Hence we have to select a point within the feasible region which is farthest from the origin. Conversely, for ‘≥ constraints’, say the raw materials required for health drinks, then the feasible region will be above the constraint lines. Here the objective function given will be related to cost. As cost has to be minimized, we should select the point in the feasible region which is closest to origin. In short, the reason why the farthest point and the closest point is selected is because for the former, the objective function will be related to contribution & for the latter, the objective function will be related to cost.
Iso contribution line method is generally preferred. However if u have any doubts regarding the point at which the iso contrbn line leaves the feasible region, then u could adopt simultaneous equation method to find the optimum production plan
hello maam, I would like to know that did you take any classes for CIMA for all levels? if yes could you please give me full information regarding that.
