The automatic stator winding machine is suitable for open linear/segmented stator winding, adopts needle winding with three needles.It is used for BLDC motor stator manufacturing.The stator winding machine winds 1pc stator one time, manually loading/unloading, automatic clamping fixture.

If each piece is 9 coils why don't you have the machine wind 9 at a time instead of 3?

each piece is 3 sets of 3 interconnected coils. If you watch the video carefully, you can see that each set of coils is wound without the wire being cut - so every third coil is electrically common.

why this precise machine dont put the wires in order. i mean like 3D print layers, instead of throw them with no order. That dont improve the motor?
