A poem I wrote in December 2023 dealing with the issues of mental health and wholeness. The world we live in is increasingly polarised and I was inspired to write about the comparison between the polarization of the world around us and the world within us. Ultimately I feel a lot of our thinking, especially in the West is derived from a view of separation. Our healing and wholeness come as we realize the truth of our union and oneness.
