I do want to mention that Gallagher is fucking great as a unit. He is basically a hidden sub dps in break teams... BUT there are things Lingsha has that he doesn't. A FUA attack is massive, as it lets her benefit from buffs of that nature and also keeps consistent pressure on enemies. Her ult is really good at keeping things up and giving more break damage with a debuff as well. I think the downside is the more skill usage, but that doesn't inherently make her sp negative. Lads lets be honest, you shouldn't be constantly healing when everyone is near or at full health. Once people start getting hit, use the skill and send the bunny out. Plus emergency heals are pretty rare among sustains which will def keep her as a great healer. She has value, but there are great sustains out there too. You may simply find more usage in someone like Aventurine.
I think the big thing to consider when it comes to replacing Gallagher with her is your SP economy. Gallagher does everything he needs to do not only with basic attacks (that can take advantage of multiplication well) but has the action advance on ult and an ult that lasts multiple rounds to really deliver an insane amount of SP that allows the rest of the team to perform at their peak. Lingsha however has a huge amount of her power being put into her skill. If you have the SP to make heavy use of it, she is going to be an exceptionally powerful character for a sustain slot. Her skill is AOE damage, AOE healing, and maintains her talent... it's her entire kit! If you're already scraping by for SP (Lets say you have E0 Firefly and also want to make use of the impressive toughness breaking on HTB's skill) then I think you'll find that Lingsha will struggle to contribute as she doesn't have the kit synergy with basic attacking that Gallagher does. This is especially worth noting in the sustain slot because many popular comps rely on the SP generated by the sustain to keep their DPS characters on the attack.
The thing is Lingsha is in practice SP neutral because you don’t need to use her skill when the bunny turn is close and when she’s about to use or after using her ult because it gets 100% Advance forward. Lingsha with ERR rope can guarantee an ult every 3 turns with either Basic or Skill, so her usual rotation is: 50% starting energy > skill > basic > Ult > skill > basic > basic > ult > skill > basic > basic and so on. Outside of needing more heals, she actually can be SP positive for most fights
@@mangasinatanaelpanjaitan3048 While true, the less you use her skill the less of that big AOE break you'll see to fire off the happy chemicals. Also, SP neutral is very very different from the kind of SP positive that Gallagher brings. I'm not saying she's bad. She's much like Huohuo, where you have to consider whether the team can manage their SP effectively, but amazing on the teams that can. I mostly push back against the idea that she's a replacement for Gallagher, since I believe that the teams each excel in are going to be different.
@@CryselleSilverwynd the problem is you gotta realize that as the game progresses the enemies get buffed and it would be harder for gallagher to sustain. It might be true that gallagher is sp positive but if the enemies are constantly getting buffed in the future gallagher may need to skill more to keep the team alive. People may not see lingshas utility right now but in the future where we get bosses like Hoolay who have insane speed and increased toughness bar her emergency healing in break teams will be crucial

My E6 Gallagher is cracked but I'll have Acheron DoT in probably 2.6 and he'll be a fantastic sp generating sustain for that team, will probs pick her up
That's what I'm going with, currently Gallagher is on both my Acheron team *and* my Firefly team, which prevents me from being able to use both at full power in MoC or that new mode. I'm snagging Lingsha for my Firefly team so Gallagher can sit pretty on my Acheron team
I wanna get her but I don't wanna switch out my E6 Gallagher. This is such a hard choice. I have every character that I want in the game so I would only save for aventurine's or ruan mei's lightcone.
Yes/No. Getting Lingsha means freeing Gallagher from firefly and allowing him usage in other teams that may want or need him (I.E Dr.Ratio for Nihility-less teams or Boothill if you got him and Firefly). It also means more emergency heals which is Gallagher’s major downside. Firefly will be fine but your RM/TB won’t be, especially if the enemy hyper focuses on them. Granted the bosses we’re facing now don’t present this problem, but we know Hoyo enough to know that they WILL be introducing these problems. (I.E Kokomi from Genshin, when they added enemies that ignore shielding)

U can also use both with firefly making the team immortal and having 3 units that can exploit the fire implant of firefly. Together with harmony MC u have extreme survivability and exceptional high DMG if u give Gallagher and lingsha max amounts of Break Effekt you can build them both for max DMG because together they out heal everything
Also she can be used in follow up attack teams take harmony MC her and equip two more follow up attack units for break effect and u got a team that hits constantly and if thoughness is down nothing should survive
I will try to pull for both Lingsha and FeiXiao. The general and her lightcone is my first goal and then I will see if I can get Lingsha and her lightcone as well but I need a good attacker in my team since I am a newer player who missed a lot of the good attackers.
So...i don’t have RM, i have e0 firefly e6 ghal and currently i play march 7th hunt on the slot of RM (that i dont have) should i pull for this unit as the 4th slot ? Or replace ghal ? Thank for your advice have a nice day
what sustain did you get? imo any sustain would still be worth it, unless you mean that integration of that sustain was difficult despite how good it was.
As a low budget player I'm still planning to get her even tho I got a e6 Gallagher. Missed out on Firefly cuz I went in on Robin but will try to pull for Firefly in the rerun as well. (PLEASE HOYO). Wonder whether her own LC would be a must or if she performs well with other LCs maybe even a 4star LC. (Equivalent exchange for energy or maybe even gallagher's LC for break?)
Even with E1 Firefly, I would love to get Boothill than her, coz they would be my bruteforcing Superbreak Duo. Or another Superbreak Harmony or Sub DPS unit.
Both firefly and boothill lose a lot of damage from missing ruan mei or hmc. I guess if you dont need sustain its okay but you’re gonna be sacrificing a lot more break dmg than you think by not being able to E with HMC every turn
@@codyp2808 HMC with the Energy talent, I could slap an Energy Rope and Dance 3x LC on them....and still have good Burst Uptime with a Skill + 2 basic rotation. Else r5 MoTp, if I feel the lack. And you can only effectively use HMC's skill if enemies have Imaginary Weak on them. Boothill is only SP negative by 1 every 2 turns, same as Firefly. It only becomes a problem when Enemies do take their turns and kill Firefly when she has 1% HP, coz of her skill and enemies' DOTs.
Hello hello , I was pulling on huohuo because I have not yet 5 star sustain premium in my box, and this seemed the best but after seeing the kit Linsha I am in hesitation, should I continue to pull on HuoHuo or wait for Lingsha? I am 60 pull on huohuo currently , i have firefly and boothill and ruan mei in my box
Huohuo is solid but works best mainly with DoT teams. Lingsha is great for you because of your break teams, but Gallagher does exist so it is probably an upgrade. Between the two, I would pull Huohuo if you have a solid DoT team with Kafka and/or Black Swan, but if not, then pull Lingsha or wait for Aventurine rerun as he is one of the best sustains in the game
@@gachainteract I almost never play the dot except when I played Black Swan in my team acheron and I do not have Kafka, for the moment my sustain is Galagher E3, I have not yet dared to make endgame content on the game, I have quite a lot of dps character and lack of sustain so focus huo huo seemed relevant to me, but it is true that lingsha could perhaps serve me better in the future or wait for aventurine that I had not been able to have. @@gachainteract Thank you, in 5 stars I have Ruan Mei, FireFly, Boothill, Jingliu, Acheron, Black Swan, Bailu, Ratio, Clara, Sparkle, Lunae, Welt, Gepard, Yanquing and Himeko and I have Gallagher E3, I think lingsha could be a good investment and wait for Aventurine for later, I am also hesitant about the Fexiao sweater because I find it very cool
@Moustiflor Lingsha would definitely be great for you. There's two ways to go about this imo. First, pull Lingsha and make your Firefly and Boothill very happy, then hope Aventurine doesn't get a rerun soon so you can grab him after. Second, wait for Aventurine, pull him, then pull Lingsha on a rerun, but this means you'll be without this 5-star sustain for longer. I think you should be safe to pull Lingsha and save Aventurine though
Very true, Ryft and I talked about this yesterday and realized the potential it could have. Aventurine probably still holds first place but with Jade draining HP of her Debt Collector, the heals would be a bonus that Aventurine can't do
My general thoughts on Lingsha and her role: I think with the current roster, Lingsha's best dps pairing for super break is probably Hunt March 7th due to March being one of the most SP positive super break units we have access to, allowing her to deal more personal damage with her FUA. Firefly would be the ideal pairing but with how SP hungry she is, SP issues are bound to be something you have to work around, when Gallagher mitigates those issues fairly easily. I also think that Lingsha's release heavily benefits Gallagher, as he will now have access to another LC option that also has Break Effect on it. As for comparing the two, I don't think E0 Lingsha is enough of an upgrade to E6 Gallagher to justify pulling. Lingsha's E1 is a really nice boost to team dmg but you have to commit to pulling for another copy of a limited 5*, or get really lucky, and for me I'd rather just keep using Gallagher and save those pulls for other stuff. If you like her tho, pull her. I can't tell you what to do.
