Dear Sheila, thanks a lot for sharing this lectures! I'm a student of anthropology from germany and I love watching your videos for getting some background and inspiration for my upcoming term paper. I was wondering if there are any lists of literature for the classes you teach here and if you could share them?

The generalizations made in the gender section are also very much language/culture based. And, of course, 'gender' itself a feature of language.
