Production 2002. A presentation of the municipality of Linköping with emphasis on the unique competences that puts Linkoping world class. The city is displayed with lots of pictures, ranging from the nature around the city with nature and agriculture, with a look back at the history, culture, educational opportunities, medical care and an expansive and successful business.
The program is an update of "Best in Sweden" from 94 202 and Linköping World Class 99 212. Pictorial about 85% new and over half of the announcer is rewritten.
