Awesome machine! Case IH however does not own Link Belt. LBX has been a subsidiary of Sumitomo since the late 70's. The newer Case excavators are the same as the Link Belts but both are just repainted sumitomo machines.
TT, Thanks for clearing that up for me! I was always under the impression that Case owned Link-Belt because, I can go to the local Case equipment dealer and they have all the schematics and are able to get parts for my machine. I did not realize that it wasn’t Case but, Sumitomo that made both excavators. Thanks again for the feedback!
