Hybrid Theory, Meteora and Reanimation were my companions in my teenage years, when I was bullied at school and had no friends. Maybe I'm wrong but now I start looking back at those years and realize that I was in a depression that this music helped me get over and even refute. You guys helped me find the strength to overcome this loneliness and to become the most resilient being I could become. Thank you.

My heart still breaks for Chester and his family and friends. If might sound stupid to many but LP saved my life as a kid and teenager. This brought tears to my eyes. ❤️😭

Goosebumps hearing Chester. Literally, there is no substitute for Linkin Park. We are fortunate ones to have witnessed such an amazing, powerful, electrifying and life-changing fusion of Mike Shinoda's Rapping and Chester Bennington's vocals. I don't think the future will have anything like this.

I have been living with my stupid depression for 6 years already and since I was little boy and I had problems until the depression that hit me and with which I still struggle, Linkin Park was the only one that made me feel better. When I have a crisis again, I usually listen to Linkin Park and Mike Shinoda and try to cry and unload listening to their songs. I really miss Chester, even though I'll never see him again, he will always remain in my heart. I hope and I'll try to hold on and not do same mistake he made, and hopefully I hope Mike you will see this because I want you to know that I have huge respect for you and thanks for the new album and new songs that we never heard with Linkin Park. I love you, I wish someday I will meet you in person and I hope you will remain our inspiration a long long time from now. Love you again

I can't believe how much they've put into this. This is CLEARLY not a simple cash grab. This is a gift to all the fans, especially the ones that grew with them and were there for the very beginning. I can't contain my excitement man!!

Hybrid Theory was what got me into music as a kid, it defined me, it helped me through a lot of pain, a lot of trauma. Chester was like a guiding light, nobody will ever come close to the amount of talent he had. I still miss him and I still struggle being able to listen to LP's music without breaking down knowing he's never coming back and all we have is the legacy. It's hard but I will go back and rededicate myself to Hybrid Theory, it's too engrained in my heart and memory not too. This album was perfect.

I remember my dad came home with the Hybrid Theory album and he played it. 5 year old me at the time was hooked. cant tell you how many times ive played that album but i memorized the album. 20 years later and im still listening to the album.

Holy crap. I was expecting a re-release of Hybrid Theory with maybe a couple of unreleased tracks included. Never expected to be getting all of this. The guys really went above and beyond here.

Remember myself back in 2002 being the only person in the class who listened to them. All my classmates used to call me Mr. LP. I couldn't connect to their new style of music starting from the 3rd album, but I'll always love them. Hybrid Theory is for sure one of the greatest albums in music history

LP helped me get through school. They expressed exactly what I was feeling back then. 15 years later and I still rock out to them. Chester will forever remain a legend and the only celebrity death that has ever made me actually cry. 3 years later and I still feel like I lost a part of me on that day the news broke. I wish I got to see them all play live at least once in my life

As someone who never got to experience the joy of being there when Linkin Park released an album (I only started listening to your music sometime in 2019), I'm glad you guys have been sifting through old unreleased songs to officially release for us to hear. This may be the only time I can experience this joy with Linkin Park, so I gotta cherish it!

that rendition of Krwlng from Reanimation is TO THIS DAY my fav power meditation track. So much good and bad emotions together, pain, sorrow, sadness, but also hope, courage, bravery... and then they all get synced and stronger and more focused until they explode at the last chorus.... True art right there.

Aw I was born in 1960 and still have Linkin Park playing in my 60 year old ears everytime I go on a bus or out for a walk. I must look like a lunatic. Loved their music then and to this day.

20 лет назад. Маленький занюханный компьютерный клуб. Я, мелкий шкет 13 лет от роду, сажусь за освободившейся комп, где висит винамп со всем альбомом. Включаю первый трек Papercut и ... встаю только через полтора часа, после нескольких прослушиваний альбома. Иду в магазин с касетами, где на последние деньги беру заветную коробочку с "пережатой" обложкой. Денег на проезд нет, впереди семь остановок и длинный мост с сильным ветром, но ноги сами несут домой - побыстрее запустить альбом. В голове, в этот момент, играют первые аккорды one step closer... Много лет прошло с того момента, а я до сих пор помню. И даже сейчас, запуская papercut, по телу бегут мурашки. За эти 20 лет много чего произошло. И я жил с мечтой и железной уверенностью, что когда-нибудь схожу на их концерт. Сейчас есть и деньги, и возможность (кроме подосравшего коронавируса, конечно), но группы, той самой, уже нет, и не будет. И я никогда не схожу на концерт тех самых Линков. Мораль моей истории проста - не откладывайте мечту на потом, потому что потом, по разным причинам, может и не наступить.

Ive struggled with weight all my life but in 2001/2002 ( i was around 12) i was bullied to the point i couldnt take it anymore, when i got this album it gave me the energy to do something about it, i trained from Papercut till Pushing me Away everyday for an entire summer, lost 60 lbs and came back to school by shocking my entire class. The years have been rough gained it again, in honor of the 20 years, I will do it again. Thank you LP, thank you chester, we miss you, I miss you. You guys have changed lives in ways you cant imagine. Here we go again baby!!!

The word that defines Linkin Park for me is love. Love Chester that I never met in person, but he taught me a lot, he was with me throughout my adolescence and now as an adult, the guy who made me love music and rock, who made me love a person without ever having met him in person , which made me love the band Linkin Park as if I were part of it. The recap of all the logos going back to the symbols of Hybrid Theory was far too sentimental for a Soldier like me. Linkin Park to this very day is what the music industry does not deserve, but exactly what it needs now and forever.

Awesome! 80 tracks is ridiculous if they're all from the HT era, must be most if not all of their demos and potentials for the album. Guess I know what I'm spending my money on come October :D

When I was 12 I decided I wanted to play drums, but my parents won't let me take lessons because "it is an instrument for guys, you are a girl, play the harp or the flute" they said. So later on, when I was 18 I found Hybrid Theory album in a garage selling and the seller said "it is damaged, has been played thousands of times. I can't say it still works." But I took it anyway, it was the first music CD I ever had. I put headphones (because I wasn't aloud to listen to rock) and start playing it...it works fine and it's amazing! then I realized it has drums among the other instruments, so I take 2 pencils (giant, kinda drumstick sized) that I didn't use because are girly pink Barbie and Bratz pencils. I start "playing" in the air following the drum sounds in all the songs. And that's how I learned to play drums. I'm 30 now. I've never had a drum set of my own, but I've played in a lot of different places, in all kinds of drum sets, and no one can believe I never took lessons. I'm not famous or anything but thanks to Linkin Park's Hybrid Theory I'm a drummer, and I'm happy. Thanks for reading.

When someone ask who the best rock vocalist are of all time, Chester is 💯 in that conversation. I think it depends on what people listen to, and they are probably biased towards their favorite band etc. But, if someone ever said Chester, I wouldn’t argue much. The man was special. Rock has blessed us all with amazing vocalist through all the years. Chester was one of the best, that’s ever stood in front of the mic. I’m glad he brought people together, in a world that tries to tear us apart. Much love to all you friends reading this. ❤️
