I view Chester as a one in a billion talent. I’m not interested in hearing someone else sing those songs but it seems plenty others are, which is fine. Dave Grohl didn’t sit around and wait to replace Kurt Cobain, he started over and was extremely successful.
I couldn't care less about her personal religious beliefs, I just thought she was a bad singer that didn't connect with the audience or the song she was attempting to screech out. Definitely not 'lead singer' standard but maybe that is what Mike Shinoda was looking for? He never could stand out on stage when Chester had such a brilliant voice and stage presence. Won't be buying any of their new material or tour tickets.
They made a bad choice with that r.apist apologiest and I agree with her, she did screech and her vocals just don't match linkin park at all. Bad choice and bad manners not telling her when they said they would, they should have told her at least so she could prepare herself and tell any family or friends so they weren't blindsided.
Is it possible though that she HAD to? Maybe the 'church' TOLD them to support their coreligionist. Just a thought. She may have been caught between a rock and a hard place.
Cause they know his suicide of cornells birthday wasnt a suicide and two of them had a direct hand in setting up what happened that day u2 bono was there
@@PerezHilton we don't know what's happend sense then, Chester's wife knew and gave them her blessings, this woman dissed LP a while back, I wouldn't tell her anything either. Also Emily was born into scientology saying she's an extremists is a stretch seeing that she's LGBT...
Chester's legacy"? You mean Chester Bennington who joined Stone Temple Pilots 4 months after their founding member and front man was fired for being a drunk? And then put out a new album with them and toured with them for 2 years? Did Chester not give a shit about Scott Weiland's legacy? Or was he just living out a dream of singing for one of his favorite bands?
I am so on the fence about this.. I absolutely do not agree that they are having her sing unreleased music that has come out on Anniversary additions or the GH... Like Lost and Friendly Fire... Everything else that was out there already on albums , fine that's allowed... But I heard her do Lost and it upset me... If Chester didn't sing it and they didn't put it on a album there was a reason.. Its very distasteful Prez really is.. My dad is a musician he was the creator and leader of thst band so no1 can ever do or go out cause it was his band.. But I deal with other similar BS , My dad broke his band up in 1988 and has been in a Irish Rock band since 1991 and he is 79 LOL ❤❤❤
