I remember that dark day. I went to another country to collect money for the surgery. Before I got there, my employer quit. I was looking for a new job to be able to return to the country. That day my glasses broke without which I can hardly see anything, when I reached for the phone, I saw the news about Chester. It broke me more than my fate. I was on the hour-long bus, absent. I remember saying "he's just a singer". For me, it was someone close to me, someone, who saved me from suicide many times. I made a promise to myself then that I would never do it. That I will be strong, that I will do it for the LP. It helps to this day. #MakeChesterProud

2001 as a kid when i discovered Linkin Park. Been a huge fan sense. I'm now 35.

Breaks my heart that you're still saving all of us everyday, but with the cost of not saving yourself. We all miss you here.

Growing up with divorced parents, one father is a murderer, the other is a psychopath, questioning my own purpose or reason for being here, mother is set to drink herself to death, friends are all gone. Either betrayed or moved away. Sometimes life really doesn't seem like it's worth it. One slap in the face after another. But finding Linkin Park in Jr high turned all that around. Hybrid Theory and Metorea saved my life.....really REALLY wish I could have givin that back to you Chester. You saved my life. Wish we could have saved yours. Love you guys

One More Light is the perfect album for coming to a full circle in their career. From angsty teens to responsible parents that still carry the inter-generational trauma (from Numb to Invisible), from In The End (nothing matters!) to One More Light (you matter!). I hope everyone got that message of their career.

This is pure and wonderful. As are you, one who reads this message. The universe pulled your attention here to let you know that you are loved, and you are needed. Stay strong my friend.

It still hurts, I miss him everyday. People dont understand what Linkin Park, What Chester did for generations of us. Plagued with mental illness, he touched us, gave his voice to the voiceless and made us feel heard. Someone says I was sad too when I heard of his passing. He didn't pass away, he suffered so much he took his own suffering and ended it. I'm not sad, I'm devastated! I still cry, a lot. There is an unprecedented void, a hole inside that can never be filled from Chester's place where he resided and lived rent free in my mind, my heart and soul. I can actually say that I'm one step closer to edge... but I'm already broken. 😞

I know the only people who were truly here for this album in 2017 were the true diehard LP fans. But this is seriously my favorite of all their albums! The lyrics and messages behind every song and how the songs are all clearly about mental health...in retrospect sting a lot more but the songs are all just so good and so powerful. This album does not and likely never will get the respect it deserves. Cannot believe we still live in a world without chester 😢

I struggle with this album a lot, I have to admit. I only listened to this album no more than 5 times. Just the actual track list names says it all. Nobody can save me, sharp edges, one more light, halfway right, sorry for now. Heavy, Talking to Myself Battle of Symphony, invisible, good, goodbye. I can make a poem with all this tracklist names. Sharp edges take time, For here I am talking to myself, Feeling the battle symphony, Needing to make myself invisible, Because I am sorry for leaving you all behind, It's heavy on my shoulders, I've been halfway right only, The other half left with one more light, Now I say good, Goodbye. It kind of feels like Chester is really saying Goodbye. It's sad, tragic. That's why I cannot listen to this album a lot. It is like Chester is telling the fans this is going to be it. Maybe not intentional but that's what it seems to me.

After Chester was gone I felt so connected to this album in so many ways with my many battles with depression and anxiety and trying to live a happy life. Now, my fiance recently committed suicide and I feel like he felt this album deeper than I realized. I love this album more than any of their others and even more so now that I connect it to my love. RIP to all the good souls who took their lives before they were supposed to leave us ❤️

I wish Chester could see how many people this album has saved people from letting their own light go out too soon....thank you Chester and Linkin Park for the years of inspirational music and for all the hope you have given to your fans 🤘🏼😊 ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This album is a masterpiece. Chester really leave us with this beautiful memory.

I struggle with depression and I hear so much pain and loneliness in all the album. The music could be light and pop-like but the lyrics are so dark in my opinion... For me, it's farewell letter of Chester and noone prove me I'm wrong. Ironically, this album is one of few things which can comfort me in my darkest days when nothing's working. I feel so sorry Chester's light did go out. Despite this I can understand how bad he could feel. I always will remember about him [*]

This album has a bitter sweet feeling, that totally suits the tragic end this band had, and fits as the closing album for such a great discography...Whole album sounds like a journey is coming to an end

How is it possible to miss someone you've never had a conversation with as much as I do? I was in high school when they debuted and their music resonated with something within me. Every new album came out at just the right time to express how I was handling life or how I wanted to handle it. It's fitting this album is so different from their first one, who stays the same after 17 years? Similar issues, but the wisdom inside to view them differently, handle them differently. At its core, all of their albums are still Linkin Park ❤‍🩹

I've never listned to this album until now ( except the songs "Goodbye" and "Heavy" )... I prefer their first album ( Nu-metal \m/ ) but now... having the chance to hear "new" songs with Chester is priceless... from France, with love

If there's one thing this album & post traumatic bring out it's how truly deeply Chester's suicide affected them all. The deeper message though that it describes is that there will always be those who care for you. No matter how alone or isolated you may feel. Don't try to bury your problems/feelings because you think no one does. Cause there are far more people who hold you close than you could ever realize. No matter what it seems like. You just have to find those people.

I didnt understood the power of this album in the time it released. There was a lot of anger and sadness rolling out...now, all those years after, years that seem ages in memories, im able to feel it, and its amazing.

I have been battling depression and other things for over a years and some months. I kinda of thru this album to side. Listen to earlier work cause thats how i felt. Now trying to help myself and feel alive too. This album is beautiful and is helping. Put some headhones on and just let your mind feel as well let out emotions. Let em out. This album is now one of my top albums. The meaning and emotion is deep. Chester wish you could of won the battle but your helping millions with this album. RIP. I will thank you in next life. ❤️

LP meant everything to me & still does 20+ years later. I dnt care if I didn't personally know them to me growing up I use to go out of my way to find fhe next LP album, DVD, or whatever was current at the time even underground downloads back in the day when that was allowed. To me all that mattered was hangin out with my cousins, playing LP on full blast & pretending to be LP ourselves. Those were probably the funest moments of my life that I can remember. Wish I could've met them sometime during their touring days 😪 & thanked them for all the happiness & joy they've brought me & for helping me with all my personal issues. Especially Chester. Well If they ever see this I hope the rest of LP knows that I'm truly grateful. Thanks guys
