Female: window shopping all day browsing through the hangers through out the city to get only a couple of items to wear. Male: enters one shop buys what he wants and leaves in 2 mins. 😂😂😂
@@petetherealrelentless6542 There's another one of an impala escaping from the grasp of a croc only to be snatched up and eaten by a leopard on the river bank
@@halilkunge9295 yeh seen it... theres another one where a buffalo battles a croc and doesn't take any damage and then gets out and takes on some big cats until the cavalry (herd of buffalo's) arrives.. I went through a phase a few months back where I think I watched every bit of african wildlife battles. 😂
@Lancer1131 The alpha theory started with someone observing a pack of wolves and later changed his opinion that theory on further observation. People/animals take roles based on necessity and circumstances.
That was insane footage! It's amazing how methodical lions are - you'd think they'd just pick a random one but to see them being strategic was fascinating. So lucky!
They’re very smart. Especially when defending the pride. There’s a video I saw recently where a female intentionally took on several hyenas. Once engaged, she retreated into the bush and lured the hyenas into the clutches of two very large males
@Juso and here comes the special one, who just come out of no where with the highest skill and the one and only specialist in english to correct the spelling!!!!!

The Lions know where to hunt. They know where to ambush the wildebeest. Reminds me of some stories of wannabe hunters who just want to shoot fish in a barrel. It takes the fun out of the hunt. No skills required. Even a blind one eyed lion can catch something to eat at this wildebeest ambush spot.
@@spaceembassy365 how small minded. That was already her intent to catch smaller ones. She doesn't need to eat as much and she doesn't have to share. Also she saves some for later and doesn't have to haul an adult wildebeest that weighs more than her. Seems like that beast has more common sense
Yes lioness need to go for smaller ones because they’re smaller and weaker but they make up for it by being more agile, swifter and reaching higher speeds than their male counterparts.
@@mattymemani1294 Lionesses have more speed and agility and are swifter also, the mane in lion males overheats quickly especially in africa , so that lionesses have also more stamina. Lion Males have more bruth strenght size and power and can take more hits, that's why the most hunts are by lionesses because females are better suited for it, but if they attack a big animal (buffolo, hippo, elephant, rhino) then the males also have to participate since females alone won't make it.
Great respect for Wildebeest, they take on so much risk just to get to more grasslands from tripping in rocks and breaking a bone or breaking a leg from jumping from the mudbanks into the Mara, getting ambushed by big cats, drowning and much more. They provide the food source for so many other species, an amazing species.
This is a perfect example of FACING YOUR FEARS HEAD ON. Fear will leave you alone if you decide to face it fully and not bow down to it and run. That Wildebeest is a champion of fear.
What a mess! I'm so glad I was able to go on a camera safari back in the late 60's. We were 4 young women with a guide in a Range Rover out on the Serengeti and never once saw another vehicle! Can't imagine having to experience it like this. But . . . things change. We came across the birth of a zebra. A herd of wildebeest had formed a wide circle around the mother to protect her from predators. The guide said it was not uncommon for the two species to hang out together for protection. We managed to drive through the circle slowly and get close-up photos from a respectable distance. Watched the new born take it's first wobbly steps.
Just so they can brag to their friends they went to an African safari. Reality: stayed in hotels, got drove around all day without ever setting foot outside.
@@mamilx6607 but when people do go outside and experience the wild firsthand like the locals, they sometimes have to kill animals to defend themselves, and you'll complain about that too.
These lions know where to hunt and it's like they got their own guaranteed hunting ground just like a shopper going to some hypermarket and shopping at leisure ! Amazing Video ! Thanks for uploading and sharing this video. Amazing editing skills.
Lion: I guess I will just have to do everything myself! Lioness: what? I had to breastfeed your children too. Lion: of course you did! And I had to secure the freaking 5 miles radius territory all by myself and make sure all of you are protected. But hey that's easy isn't it. Great, just great! Let's just get this over with ( jumps poor animal)... You are welcome by the way!
@@jasmineali5699 i dont think females have enough strenght to protect the pride from other lions or any other threat right?they kinda have to do the hunting, they would be useless otherwise
He’s the king he the king of the pride you always get a male one which is is charge and fight other male to be the Top and the king then he’s in charge and boss the other lions around
Everyone talking about the male lion charging in but hello can we talk about the wildebeest that just stood its ground, turned direction looked the lioness in the eye causing her to go backwards, said "that's what I thought" and then galloped off into the sunset. That's the real alpha right there.
She definitely didnt enter because of humans, like she was like wtf. At around 4th minutes you can see she was killing one but she looked camera and she stopped.
@@DavidGarcia-jy6nw that is obviously not true 1 single female is not gonna be the downfall of an entire pride and as you jsut saw in the video a male lion is much better than a lioness when it comes to taking down prey special big prey they are much stronger and weigh more
For those who don't understand Swahili, at 3:28, one of the rangers says the lion actually killed 4 more before this one. The lionesses couldn't keep up with his killstreak, damn.
*HER class:* “You patiently gather all necessary intel. You see how big the herd is & if it’s mostly made up of males, females or young ones. You track the direction they seem to be moving in. You watch them patiently & when they are within striking distance. . .& you are not in danger of being trampled. . .you try to grab them & wrestle them to the ground. Try to apply the chokehold etc etc etc etc etc. . . . . . *HIS class*: “You see the one you want - You bite the one you want.”
@@abhinavsharma2179 uhhhhh, no. . .friend. The females *CAN’T* do what the males do. They don’t have the combination of size, speed, muscle strength &/or bite-power. They have no choice but to figure out a different way😅 #QuitCaping
Capturing such one in a million moments make the safari worthwhile and even for those who can't make it to the safari... Moments without slow motion, camera angles etc
2:36 That lion is a pro, he adjusts position to bite the wildebeest neck from under, so when the lion stands on its four feet, the wildebeest will be on the ground.
Now that is a king. I wonder if the lioness was just sitting there to distract the herd and give them an impression that only she was the hunter in the area whilst waiting for the king to attack coz he just came suddenly and damn that was so impressive. So majestic!! Love these creatures, he's gonna be a great dad.
Imagine ur trying to eat a meal at mcdonalds... and bunch of spectators just crowding around you refusing to move out of the way... thats how the lion feels...
No, to them the cars are just another animal that is neither prey nor predator. They are acostumed to it. Plus the money tourist pay for safaris are used to protect the park from poachers
It's in most animals nature to stay away from anything foreign to them, in this case humans. The wildebeest is what they're familiar with and know how to hunt so that's why it's focus is solely on that
The tourist operators and parks officials should know better ..... they are interfering in the natural movement of the animals ..... they should be prohibited in getting so close.
I think these tourists are doing a favor by keeping the revenue flowing and generating money that goes into paying salaries for the park staff and conservation efforts. Getting them close is part of the excitement and fun. The animal don't seem bothered too. If they weren't there, then their would be no incentive to save these animals and a regular joe whose working in the park would instead become a poacher. This is much much better than seeing these big cats in the hands of some cheap ass jerk like Tiger King or the guest room of a Chinese millionaire or maybe a circus stage.
@@aashiv93 To quote "Getting them close is part of the excitement and fun." This highlights that your thoughts are not in line with acceptable practices in animal conservation. Fortunately, the idea of "excitement and fun" for tourists first is outdated in places like South Africa and Canada and even Zimbabwe .... Tourists can still observe and appreciate the wildlife and the interaction of species without being in the middle of them. Kenya is just behind the times.
@@davidrlindsay Being in the middle is not a problem. Especially when the entire park isn't open for tourist access anyway. The core areas are and should always be off limits. If animals are coming out to the peripheries during season then what's the harm in watching them up close. Provoking animals or forcing them to show themselves should not be done. Also, Safari vehicles are being modernized and some now have silent Tesla engines to not disturb animals. Number of tourist vehicles going out at a time should also be regulated. Of course, I am not suggesting that it is all fine but getting too close to animals while making sure to not interfere in their routine is okay. Nothing in the video suggests that any of the animals were disturbed by the crowd of vehicles around them. By your logic, zoos around the world should be closed down cause receiving crowds of people day in, day out should be much more stressful than just a bunch of cars that lounge around and might as well be another animal in the ecosystem, from the lion's perspective.
hilarious ... lioness is like "hm, maybe this one ... wait, no, too big, too small, to fat, too fast, too old ..." then comes lion "what the heck, woman ... just grab one, see!" :-D
