I own the M2, M3 and M7 of Lionsteel - they are just perfect! I have to say that the M7 is the best knife I ever had! Lionsteel is offering a incredible design with a perfect finish!
What are your thoughts on LionSteel quality in comparison to CRK? I really like their designs, but have not pulled the trigger, yet. They seem like super high quality, but then I think back to some of the issues with the Original Hest Folder and the Sypderco Collaboration, so I am not sure. By the way, just ordered a CRK Large Insingo with Micarta from you guys, today. Can not wait to get it. Thanks.
I live by Metric here in Australia but over the years watching USA knife vids I often find myself quoting inches at work. I get funny looks from co-workers who ask "did your Grandpa teach you maths"?? By the way DD/MM/YYYY is the only way to go. I want this knife. Just not sure on the steel stacked against 1095 or 5165 apart from the stainless factor?
VicariousReality7 It's Chronological dude. Day first & most relevant. Month second. Important but....year? Need to know. last. Weird how Americans stick to archaic measurements like inches and gallons and pounds when the rest of the world has figured out far simpler units of measurement.
Nice to hear an American say that the US should go to the metric system! By the way, I can't stand the month-day-year date annotation (on my watch) either!
I like reviewers that use metric " for my European friends"... Fact is its pretty much the entire world, except the US. Metric makes way more sense and can be learned in 5 mins. Isnt it odd that in the quest for freedom and independance the US still clings to what are esentially " the Kings measurements?!?
man...you were so in the knife club until you said we should go to the metric system. ill just give you a pass though. chalk it up to being tired. but dont do it again. lol
