Ok so the UEFA Champions League ivolves best teams in Europe going against one another.......32 teams divided into 8 groups( so 4 teams in each group)....each team plays the other in its group twice, one at home and one at their home......that makes total 6 matches in group stage, a win means 3 points, lost means 0 point and draw means 1 point each to both teams, at the end of 6 matches, the top two teams ( in points ) from each group qualify to the knockout stages ( so you gotta win every round to win the trophy ) ............so 8 matches are set between 16 teams, called Round of 16. so every team plays the opponent twice one in their home and one in its own home, the goals from both matches are added and then whichever team scores more goals qualify to quarter finals, then similarly to semi finals, and then to the final which is one single match, read this far.....then give alike nigga.

In football tournaments there is a group stages which is very much like your conferences! There is multiple groups, each group typically have 4 teams mostly! The top 2 teams advances to the next round after all the teams play each other for 3 points per victory 1 point per draw and 0 points per loss! The bottom 2 teams drop down to a weaker competition! The next round is called round of 16 where you match up against a team from the other groups, you play 2 games in a best of 2 style where the score of both the games decide who goes through! First game is called first leg and 2nd game is called second leg! This format is there for round of 16, quarterfinals, semi finals! But the final itself is 1 game! So basically like the nba has 7 games, one could say that’s 7 legs(just analogy you can use to understand)

This video is some years old. Messi has done a lot more things the last couple of years, Including winning the World Cup. The World Cup is only every 4 years, so it’s very hard to win it. That was the only argument you had against Messi in the goat debate, and now that’s over because he won it. This guy has won literally everything. In football you have many different tournaments (not like Basketball or American Football where the players only play NBA or NFL. I think Messi has won like 40 professional club-titles in his career. And with that he has a ton of individual awards including 7 (soon 8) Ballon d'ors (basically like a MVP in NFL/NBA. That’s more than anyone else. There is so much more you can say about this man, but you would literally have to write a book to be able to cover everything!
