I didn't watch the match cos it sadly coincided with my working hours but i gotta say from this video i can tell that messi did perform really well and he did a lot. This was actually heartbreaking to watch, i started watching the game with no hope at all and thought they would get smashed. Brazil score but after that Argentina actually response well and starts to build pressure and Messi was looking very lively, in the second half Argentina completely dominates and creates several chances and then Brazil score from a counter attack that should have been a penalty for Argentina when Dani Alves trips Aguero for no reason in the penalty box and to make it worse Argentina should have had another penalty when Arthur did that to Otamendi. Just no luck. I feel like the more Argentina played in this tournament the better they became so i hope they can build on this and create a solid team. Keep playing two strikers with Messi them and they can win the next Copa maybe.
