It's good news that Hooker will be playing again. But, I've been getting in arguments with other fans on Facebook by saying, I hope he treats this as a preseason game and doesn't go out there running and exposing himself to further injury. Other fans want to see Hooker play like RGIII.

I think Bates is the kicker forsure, but they should still bring in another kicker. Competition drives people to better themselves ! Bates had some consistency issues on the panthers, but the guys got such a high ceiling.

Ryan Tannehill. I've been talking about it for ages. 1-2 year deal at this point the Lions cluld pick up Blane Gabbert for a 1 year deal too. The thing is, the Lions would be in a much better spot if they had a backup QB. Just in case. God forbid Goff goes down. Who is gonna step up. Mind you, all the other players on the team want to win...Sudfeld no. Common man., Hooker, he got snaps. Although he may be dynamic as a future QB, the time isn't now. And he's injured.

If KC plays their starters, I think we lose but would definitely be interesting. If Sufs and Fromm go and Fromm shows out, Suds is definitely gone at that point. You can't have a dude with basically zero stats make you look bad.

Haven't seen much of Davenport. 6 million. Hope he produces. Wanted a big name for this purpose. Versatile and power opposite Aidan Hutchinson. Detroit Lions need only 2 things. Lions need someone opposite Hutchinson and a back up QB. Fromm is a start. I would sign Tannehill to 1 year, release Sudfeld, and get the veteran you know that can play now.

Hooker doesn’t have any idea , of what he’s getting himself into . I’ve been waiting for someone with his ability since 1966 . They need to progress him slowly, he is not near qb2 yet. He needs all the reps he can get in preseason, then he needs mentorship by a vet QB . I’m waiting to see who they bring in after preseason. Henson should be a signal caller with a clip board this year. He has a lot of talent and could be the diamond in the rough. I don’t want to talk at all about Suds . In one word Detrimental
