Not only are your reviews fantastic, so are the knives! I find these Lionsteel’s (I have several), are well heat treated so they aren’t super hard or soft, just right and relatively easy to sharpen while holding a razor sharp edge for a long time. I love these knives!

Incredible looking knife. Best looking modern traditional knife in my opinion. Lionsteel hit a home run on this one. I just hope they got their m390 heat treat fixed. Great video 7redi, you got some of the best taste in knives. Keep up the great work, honestly the best knife reviews on the Internet.

Hi and thanks for your comment. You are very kind! I like to cover some more unknown knives and some more European brands since I am from Switzerland. These are also the brands I like. I am not to into the hype brands that are covered by everybody there are other channels that do that better and quicker. I just showcase what I like and what I try out during my journey as a knife collector. Have a great day!

If only they didn’t cook the steel in final grinding and ruin the performance. :(

ALL production knives, are grind almost the same way. All factrory edges, are more or less overheated. ALL knives should be sharpened (at least 2-3 times) and most of the knives reprofiled too, in order to perform as they should. M390 at 60 hrc is just fine. No reason to make it more difficult to sharpen, or less tough than it already is as all superstainless steels are. Lionsteel makes some of the best quality knives in the world, more than that, their prices are way lower than what they offer in quality and performance. So..... no complains AT ALL.

@@greekveteran2715 yeah, I’ve been buying high end knives for well over a decade now. Make my own knives. I’m well aware of what happens to most production blades.

This isn't an issue anymore. It's been fixed. Their steel is perfectly fine.

Far from the best with a steel that doesnt perform like m390, yet its labeled m390. if they cant heat treat it properly they shouldnt use it. they would be better of with slipner or elmax, as it performs far better than there m390 does.

Here we go again, the theory that their steel sucks. IT'S FALSE.
@tacticalcenter8658
@tacticalcenter8658 2 года назад
@@TheStreamingEnderman lionsteel themselves even say it is low performance m390. You can read it yourself on bladeforums. Don't be ignorant. Its not false and its been proven in cut testing. Please stop making up lies to protect something you like or own. It helps no one and makes you a shill.
