I'll vouch for how comfortable the handle is. It fits my hand at least perfectly, and in all different grips as well. Really well thought out design and overall a great knife for not crazy money.
I own the B40. The main improvement I see in the B41 is that the scales expose a much larger part of the tang below the lanyard hole. Thas makes it much easier to use that end of the tang with a firesteel on the B41.
