Damn your VIDEOS ARE GOOD!!! And the “Quality of information” is something I’d definitely pay a Subscription for Dr. Pearce!!!!!! And I’m loving the Tik Tok videos also❤❤❤❤❤
Omg!!! I was surging for a 3d 'live' image of the face for so long(360°). I’m studding medicine right now and it would be such a good tool to be able to make a 3d of every patient you get. That would be so amazing
Good Evening Dr. I would like to point out something that may have gone unnoticed in the video. The dry-moist line of the lip is found between the vermilion of the dry lip facing the external environment and the wet vermilion facing the oral vestibule. Excellent video, very informative, thank you for the content.

Above is a link to the new 8D lip course that has been released to help you visualise the arteries within the lip. It’s a game changer if you’re worried about lip complications. Kind regards Mary. Thank you for this video. Recently more of have clients have started to bruise after lip fillers than they did before. I have been conscious of my depth and aspirate every time. The bruising has been quite bad on some clients and it really got me thinking why could this be. Especially as they are bruising around the lips and not on the lips. I have recently changed to a smaller needle and changed to a fanning technique. Could this cause more bruising? Thank you

Fanning will cause more trauma as multiple passes in a small confined space. Could suggest taking arnica caplets 1 week prior to treatment? Kind regards Mary. Clinical advisor for Dr Tim
Cannulas allow for less risk of cannulating an artery and we prefer to use one in older lips that are very slim. Cannula can also be good for those really concerned with bruising as Less entry points allows for less risk of bruising. Kind regards Mary- Clinical advisor for Dr Tim
Hi dr. Can you explain in details why horizontal injection more safe? I think horizontal injection is an old fashion method..... I hope that you can tell us the most safe vertical injection method.
Both have the same degree of risk. Not one method is safer than the other. It’s more to do with depth of injection. Multiple factors all contribute to this debate. Kindest regards Mary. Clinical advisor for Dr Tim
I don't think it would be efficient no- these injuries are still very rare- 1/5000 (In my case 1/20000) and treatable with a 90 minute reversal process in most cases. To do an MRI on 5000 people to prevent one minor VO you are spending close to 5million dollars on healthcare resources to (maybe) prevent a 90 minute reversal of a small VO.
Here is a good link to a blog and another RU-vid videos regarding nodules ! Hope it helps. Kind regards Mary. Clinical advisor for Dr Tim drtimpearce.com/2021/04/29/delayed-onset-nodules-how-to-diagnose-treat-after-dermal-filler/
This was the best information (for me) because I’ve some how manage to hit an artery-vessel…while injecting my lips. Without fail I either hit one either on my upper lip or my philtrum. Maybe I should use PDO threads in these areas? Could you or would you give me your opinion? Thank you for ever single piece of content that you selflessly give. I’ve learned so much from you Dr. Pearce. Again I want to thank you and Miranda.
We would never advocate self injections. It’s just too risky. And I’m afraid we don’t offer threads so we can’t fully advocate for or against I’m afraid. Kind regards Mary. Clinical advisor for Dr Tim
Threads are good for the lips. They can enhance the vermilion border & provide subtle fullness to the body of the lip. Can be painful, but numbing helps.
A vascular occlusion can occur. If left untreated, can be serious & cause tissue necrosis. Dissolver should be administered as soon as possible. Dr Tim has the best advice & has a lot of great videos on safety. I love watching & learning so much from his knowledge as a Dr and Aesthetics professional. It's a rare opportunity for us, there are not a lot of people with such a pedigree!. 💯🎯🙏
Good evening Yasar. Can you drop an email to support@drtimpearce.com they will be able to help - thanks. Kind regards Mary. Clinical advisor for Dr Tim
I see quite a few girls where I am having recently trained to do lip fillers etc also doing these LED teeth whitening but I mentioned it to my dentist and she said to me '''actually, they shouldn't be doing that because it's illegal'' I just wondered is that true? do u know. Thanks. In UK
@@Toohot2handle758It's probably because we don't have the same kind of training in the UK, tbh. The aesthetics industry is more prolific in the USA. By this I don't mean any offence to beauty therapists, but they don't get the same training as, say a dentist or nurse etc. In our beauty training colleges teeth whitening is not taught. Some products are not a strong enough percentage of peroxide. It must be around 3 - 20pc. OTC treatments are not that strong. There are also dangerous products out there that are too strong & destroy enamel. Only licenced dentists can provide a safe form of tooth whitening that reduces the potential damage of unlicensed products. A dentist is always the safer & better option. It's also relatively inexpensive - £300 in some places. My teeth are sparkling after three years, so it does have longevity too.
I have a mole above my upper right lip and I had lips done Dr said I experienced a hematoma from hitting an artery she made me rush to hospital to have my blood levels checked made me take pics of huge blood bleed in my face every few hours and she was terrified made me come back in 24 hr and she dissolved it all in upper lips. Awful I am fine now but PTSD over it
1. Cadavers (dead old people) have different anatomy compared to 25-year-old living females. 2. The way you describe cadaveric material tends to be 2 dimensional- for example- the labial artery is often described as being in the vermillion border, and also in the wet-dry border- both are true- but low-resolution description when we are using a 0.1mm thick needle.
Guys never ever get a lip filler..I repeat never ever..just got my lip filler a month back and I have just not only ruin my beautiful small lips..it always destroyed my whole face anatomy because of crooked lips now..I used to have a very beautiful smile and baby face now I look horrible just cause my lip shape is distorted..and I am more than afraid to get them dissolve as it will surely destroy my natural HA as well.....please be happy with the way you are and go natural. i have these sleepless nights and suicidal thoughts from the past 1 month coz all my beauty is destroyed just because of getting a lip filler..noww I have to live with these horrible lips for all my life...Wish I could never have done this..I used to be very lively and prettybefore..now I am ugly and depressed..
Please remember that lip filler is not permanent & your beautiful smile should return. If it really upsets you, please go back to the injector and seek their advice. It might be beneficial for you to have them treated with Hyularondaise. Best of luck, please don't despair. 💯🙏
It totally depends on your lip anatomy and the injector's experience. many people look phenomenal after lip fillers, and don't worry your lips will go back to way it looked after the filler has been dissolved.
