Goodluck! Welcome to our beloved province🤗 Although it's not the richest in terms of HDI and GDP per capita, it has a lot of potential to become an economic powerhouse. A Central Business District will soon be constructed in Lima and it will be developed by Aboitiz group. Batangas province is set to be the next Metro Manila due to the upcoming projects that will shape the whole province's skyline. Today, the province is the 2nd richest in the country (in terms of total assets) as it hosts some of the country's largest industrial parks, factories, powerplants, refineries, and ports.
After being lock-down in Baguio city I had a chance to come to Lipa city and here is aerial video of Lipa city. But I have many more videos from Baguio city too and here are they : ▶ City of Pines Aerial Video of Baguio City : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-C7N5EXQOiXc.html ▶ Sm City Baguio and Nearby Places : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ivLYxknr7kY.html ▶ Baguio City to La Trinidad Drone Tour : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KhacNpqVNsU.html ▶ Baguio City Burnham Park under Lockdown : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kyLmnTAL844.html ▶ Where I stayed in Baguio City Under Lockdown : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5opRCrM3mZ4.html ▶ Aerial View of Baguio City under Lockdown :ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Bp5bC9pZdCk.html
So proud of my province🤗 although it's not the richest in terms of HDI and GDP per capita, it has a lot of potential to become an economic powerhouse. A Central Business District will soon be constructed in Lima and it will be developed by Aboitiz group. @Mycor Opsima I think that’s not what he meant, Metro Cebu is already itself and is incomparable with many cities in the country. He was basing it on a report (heres the link: mb.com.ph/2019/05/10/batangas-the-next-metro-manila-2/ ) stating that Batangas might be a next big metropolitan since there has been proposals of creating Metro Batangas and Metro Lipa or a bigger integrated combination of those two Metropolitan of Batangas as a whole, it’s like the saying that New Clark City is the next Capital because it’s the newest big thing. He’s not wrong about the second richest province based on assets since Cebu is first with a great distance, Metro Manila is not part of it. But Im glad that development is spurring out across the country.
Actually the HDI of the province (0.74) is higher than the national average (0.71) and on par with the regional average (0.741) so that’s not that bad and the gdp per capita is not that bad, I don’t have data on the whole province but Batangas City placed 22nd with the average income of $3,300 in 2020 compared to $2,900 in 2019. Same with Lipa placing 35th with the average income of $2,300 compared to $2,000 in 2019, so it’s fairly doing great in terms of increase, surpassing major thriving cities like Tarlac City, Malabon, Iligan, San Fernando Pam, San Jose Del Monte and Las Piñas. Another thing to mention is, I saw a data where Batangas’ assets got updated and now is 25.2 Billion still placing 2nd while distancing it’s assets to Rizal which is 23 Billion, Davao de Oro has 20 Billion placing 4th. Cebu is still not available but it’s expected to grow aswell. I’ll also share the Provincial assets of Calabarzon Batangas: 25.2 Billion Rizal 23 Billion Cavite 13.5 Billion Laguna 13.3 Billion Quezon 11.9 Billion Batangas is definitely a thriving province where it’s expected to be a major metropolitan economic zone in the near future. Also great videos Apinez stats, I actually never knew you were a Batangueño aswell. Source is COA and Inquirer www.skyscrapercity.com/threads/batangas-city-and-province.2310939/page-24

hopefully there will be a Green City Business District, there with at least medium-rise buildings... a place with so much beauty and potential yet no Skyrise that is being built
Progress doesn’t base on high skyscrapers and etc,But Lipa has a business district being built rn called Lima,For now,it’s the largest outlet in the Philippines (Correct me if im wrong) and eventually beside Lima they will build skyrises and etc,And also theres Six high-rises in Lipa that exists already,And theres an Airbase nearby so they can’t really build very tall skyscrapers
And theres two more High rises under construction,Eventually they’ll also build Coho Lipa which has many highrise condominiums,We might have talked a lot before, mostly at infrastructure videos but Im near Lipa so I know what it offers and are under construction
Nikola A high-rise as being higher than 75 feet (23 meters), or about 7 stories. Most building engineers, inspectors, architects and similar professionals define a high-rise as a building that is at least 75 feet (23 m) tall. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-rise_building Six of the High-rises in Lipa -Tierra Lorenzo Building 1 -DLSU High-Sen High Building -Mediatrix building 1 -Mediatrix building 2 -Mediatrix building 3 -STI collage building Under construction: -Tierra Lorenzo Building 2 -Tierra Lorenzo Building 3 Source: www.torrelorenzo.com/residential-developments/tierra-lorenzo-lipa Planned: -Coho Lipa condominiums (I don’t know how many buildings) Source: www.camellacondohomesph.com/2019/08/the-orchard-lipa-condo-homes-coho-by-vista-land.html -Lima Business Park Buildings Source: www.sunstar.com.ph/article/1808516/Manila/Business/Everything-in-one-place-AboitizLands-new-industry-city-in-the-south These informations are not in Google, you can prove it with your own eyes if you’re in Lipa

Maganda s areal view but s street view, buildings n nagsulputan n walang standard n architecture. Sobrang traffic kasi naging parking lot n ng mga businesses ang bangketa. Dati front runner tayo among cities now nasan n. Lipenos deserve better than this.
