Question. I’m 6 weeks PO and I’ve had to take my faja off because my skin on my sides is so sensitive. Even running my fingers across my skin hurts. I still have swelling also and a hard lump on both sides that burns . Basically my whole stomach and sides feel sunburned 24/7. I’ve even tried wearing a camisole underneath my compression garmet 😕 do you have any suggestions ? I had 10 lymphatic massages up until week 4 but at this point my skin is too tandem to massage. Great video! Question. I’m on day 2 of post op lipo and tummy tuck, can I start using the compression board now or should I wait until my tummy tuck incision heals?

I was told that the tighter the faja the more it’ll help reduce swelling and shape my body. My issue it I’m 4 wks post lipo 360 and I still need my husband to put my faja on with the faja. I’m hearing that I shouldn’t need anyone’s help so I’m confused now.

I had a lipo surgery 6 months ago. My stomach has extreme fibrosis and when I massage it gets bigger. It’s in fact bigger than before the procedure- can you please tell me what I can do to minimize the fibrosis? Should I use a board? Thanks in advance I feel like I’m losing time

I had lipo on my stomach for fat transfer to the breast, 3 weeks ago! My doctor didn’t tell me anything about wearing a compression garment I’m noticing unevenness on my stomach which I had a pretty decent stomach before! I’m sad I’ve just been wearing like the hospital wrap around since surgery :/ I wash it every other day, what should I do ? Help ? Should I buy a compression garment even though I’m already 3 weeks post op ?

Hi Mrs Kathleen. I had a mini tummy tuck and lipo 3 months ago. Since then, I’ve had several “lymphatic massages” all of which have been very different from each other. Everyone says they’re licensed. I have a lump right above my belly button and still have bruising along my ribs on both sides. I’m afraid no one has done a decent job with the massages and it may have affected my healing/results. Unfortunately, I live in a small town in OK and no one around here specializes in what I need. Can you give me other options or recommend videos on self massage? Thank you in advance for your help.

HI Kathleen, Your page and book have been a lifesaver! I ordered and used the kidney shaped komprex on some areas of swelling in my abdomen (I am 3 weeks post lipo) and the area definitely improved but it caused the fluid to form in a different area outside of the komprex. How long should I wear the komprex a day? I didn't see that in your book. Thanks for all your help!!

The foam pieces that you use for isolated fibrotic swollen patches what ate the called and do you tape them in place. I have been massaging the pubic lymph nodes and elevating my legs is there anything else I can do to alleviate the heavy swollen feeling in legs. I have had ultra sound and lymphatic drainage massage once already and going back in another week

How long do I have to use lipo bords

My new stage 2 garment is too tight to fit my hard ad board in mine is a 360 with plastic insert I’m 4 weeks out but have some skin laxity in the stomach. I’ve put the 360 foam with an elastic wrap band under my garment but now my lower back hurts. Any suggestions?
