I felt like a lot of the hooks and jabs catching gloves and arms didn't account for any points, so I was surprised you got the decision although I wanted you to win. I feel bad for Taze, if he didn't get the decision by boxing better on the night, he was never getting it, so he's probably thrown off competing entirely. Good event overall though still 👏🏾

Can’t lie I rate Lippy and Filthy but the fact they haven’t been honest about what a howler Lippy had is a bit fake compared to all the training he had and the weekly build up to the fight saying Taze was scared,getting knocked out etc..

You won on work rate/activity, if taze increased his by 20% you would have lost Lippy man. I can see why people sayin why he won cos he was landin clean but if you have a rematch focus on staying composed and throwing straight punches and not from you knees. Judges score boxing in different ways if you spend 80% of a fight guarding and not actively trying to hit your opponent they can give the round the other way. Also when Lippy was stepping forward and allowing Taze to get shots off you could see they were doing no damage at all so if Taze hits Lippy 5 times and it doesn’t budge him at all that means less to some than if Lippy hits him once with actual power behind it. Lippy won 100%.
