If I had to guess, YMH Studios is transitioning (to Nadaav's chagrin) to more of a short-form content. They probably reviewed analytics and noticed people dropping off after a certain amount of time and made their newer podcasts 30 min-ish. It's more digestable for casual fans (that you won't find here in the comment section) and it makes it easier to pump them out since they do these episodes in batches; cuts her work schedule in half.
Wish this was a hour long 😢 but regardless I'm grateful for this pod every Monday morning. Downloading wmma & 2bears rn for the long California trip were going to be taking with a 2month old. Wish me luck mommies

Yeah I know its probably better for the algo and views, and I really like your podcasts, but I hear them on the second screen and 30 mins is just too short for me. I mean telling jamar that we cant get too much into his personal story because of a time limit is crazy. Thats the best part about pods. Podcasts should be long with deep convos in my opinion. Christina, you were asking what to expect from menopause. It varies wildly. It was lots of pain and bleeding for my mom, but for me it was like a second puberty. I went wild! I surprised myself at how much I felt like a 15 year old. I didn’t know it could be like that!! So I thought I should warn you… here’s my brief story: I had a child at 35, entered perimenopause at 36, fell in love with an English musician 10 years younger than me at 43, divorced my husband of 14 years and ran off with the sexy brit at 44, fucked & fought A LOT in England from 44-50, and then the pandemic rolled in, so I rambled on back home. The whole menopausal madness was wrapped up by 51. It’s possible my family was better off without me at that time. I had someone to yell at that seemed to actually enjoy it. We fucked like rabbits and fought like dogs. This side of the pandemic finds me hormonally stable and mentally sound again! Thank God! Forewarned is forearmed, Christina! It’s smooth sailing from here on out. ⛵️

I get the newer pods being shorter because they’re in their beginning stages but WMMA is so special and I need my Monday episodes to be longer than listening to Brent interrupt Tim the entire time. I also have to say that Jamar looks like a cartoon character.

Even with kids there is plenty of time to do podcast. Multiple pods on YMH switched to a half hour. Some analytics person probably told them it's better to do 30 minutes just like they are starting to do on stand-up specials
They live in a $6.5M house in Austin (source: google). Of course they have a Nanny. No offense to the guest, but I felt like Christina was carrying him the whole episode. He was interacting, but the episode just didn't seem to flow very well, at least to me. She may have made excuses that she had to go, but I just felt like they just didn't have much to talk about.
