Liquid Earths by Schminke: portraits have never been that easy! First impressions and demo sketch.

I’m Elisabetta, an Italian watercolor artist with a passion and a curiosity for art supplies and pigments.
I have just received a fantastic new product by Momarte: I'm swatching and reviewing a lovely little trio of Liquid Earths by Schminke: Gesso, Sanguine and Raw Umber.
If you add a tube of liquid charcoal, they are just perfect for portraits. With these colors, you can mix any skin tone, using the academic technique called "aux trois crayons" or "aux quatre crayons". Portraits are so easy that, once again, is almost like cheating!
On Schminke website, you can read the following description:
"The vegan liquid charcoals and earths, available in a total of 6 colours are ideal for a clean, dust-free approach to painting, drawing and underpainting. The 3 liquid earths are formulated based on natural pigments mined regionally in Germany. They are a fantastic liquid addition or alternative to traditional drawing materials, such as pencils or carré sticks. "
In other words, a wonderful result similar to charcoal, pastels or carrès, without the mess and the dust.
