Tower Juggle was a strategical way of receiving tower damage: one was full hp and one was low and still in vision. They're doing a switch-in to get the healthy teammate (Full HP) being targeted by the tower by either hurting its opponent inside the tower itself, or the least healthy (Low HP) who was been Currently the target of the tower, will go out in it's range.
That tower juggle has always been their strat since they got formed in S9. They were just abusing it more than other teams because they are the most aggressive team out there.
It also made possible by heroes that has Built in Shield on their kit like Roger and Paquito. I think both of these heroes can take 1 single turret damage with just their Shield and that's more than enough to survive a tower dive.

I really thought it was ONIC's time since the meta favored them, but the truth is that the so-called META favors teams with aggressive lineups. The best counter for this meta, in my opinion, is healing prowess or sustain strategies. Teams tend to engage in team fights more often than in the current meta.
Moonton will probably nerf Tower Juggling just as they respond to the same case as they did to the Philippines' Lord dance like "Tower will now deal AOE damage within its range." Just to keep the Philippines in check. That would be just obvious and funny for them if they do so. 🤣🤣
Tower juggle is only viable with a high synergy & understanding of each member of a team. It's high skill level of teamwork & gameplay. If moontoon nerf this, they're just gonna bring down the skill ceiling for the game. It's not gonna satisfy to any playerbase, be it casual, nor pro player.

Tower Juggle isnt a new strat, its just a normal Peeling that is used from other similar games like LOL and DoTA.. you will see this as well on Ranked Games, Echo just uses it better in Tourneys..
Bruh, towers in MLBB can 4-5 shots heroes compare to Dota 2, also towers in Dota 2 and LOL have slow attack speed/slow animation it's easier to go in and out there.

You can do it in DotA most of the times because the towers there don't hurt. In ML, you really need to be careful because the towers hit like a truck. lol
