I think Lisa was upset about what was going on in Thailand and all the pressure she was under since people wanted her to speak on it. I think Jennie was looking at Lisa to make sure she was okay. EDIT: I re-watched it 6 months later and I felt Jennie's pain.

In that Inkigayo performance, Lisa was sad for all the hate she received. I don't think it has anything to do with Jennie, she just wasn't looking at anything in particular because she was holding back tears.
We don't know the whole story guys. Don't analyze too much. There are lots of reasons why Lisa is like that nowadays. Maybe Lisa got matured and doesn't want to be that clingy little maknae anymore that everybody sees. Or maybe they just got into a little argument like what sisters do, Rosé even said that Lisa is good at ignoring people and acting cool whenever she's mad or not in the mood. Or maybe they are not that close anymore unlike their pre-debut and rookie years and it's not something surprising. They have their own schedules and gigs sometimes, maybe they rarely bond with each other these days. They also have their own lives outside the music industry, we even see the 4 of them hanging out with their own friends/bestfriends. It's not like they have to be together 24/7. Lisa has also experienced a lot of problems this year. Her problems with her haters, her former manager, Thai people putting pressure on her to speak up and she can't even do anything with all her problems but to remain silent. It's understandable that she's not the same Lisa that we see in front of the camera anymore. It even makes my heart happy seeing her smile in interviews, variety shows, etc. because despite of everything that's happening to her, she doesn't forget to always put a smile on her face because she wants to let us know that she's good and strong. Maybe she tends to stick with Rosé because she's always there for her. And do not be surprised that she's close with Rosé these days. If you are a true blink, Lisa is closest with Rosé since then, same level as Jennie and Jisoo's closeness. She was just clingy with Jennie back then because maybe she just admired her unnie.
What I notice from all these encore performances is that Lisa interacts with Jennie the least on the stage. She interacts with Rosè comfortably and she goes over to Jisoo often and interacts with her too, but when it comes to Jennie she does not even look at her. I think Lisa is a little uncomfortable around Jennie. Why? I really don't know, but I am thinking she might really have a strong admiration for Jennie. When I admire someone I tend to get really nervous around them and I try to avoid them because I can't be calm around them. Lisa always says how much she adores Jennie so her not interacting with her on stage is surely not because she does not like her. Lisa statements in 2020: Jennie is someone who is perfect, I think I'll need five Jennie unnies I am really serious( while she picked five year old Rosè and Jisoo), Jennie your mouth reminds me of Lily because she is really beautiful( Rosè also said she was jealous of Jennie for this and Jisoo said it was too much of a compliment by Lisa). Lisa actions in 2020: (1)happily gave over her CD case to Jennie but refuse to give it to Rosè and found it difficult to give it over to Jisoo even though Jisoo won first pick, (2) fought off jisoo and two other ladies on runningman and even did battle with two men, but when it was time to put up a fight with the weakest link Jennie it seem as though she surrender, (3) In Summer Diary she was certain the Xman was Jennie but in the end voted for Rosè leaving all the girls shocked of her decision, Always defend Jennie from Rosè since then, Lisa: Rosè take it easy on Jennie, even Jisoo ask Lisa if she was jennie's spokesmen, She also told Rosè in 2020 Jennie can have whatever food she want and Rosè was like you guys have to be fair. But I guess, when it comes to Jennie Lisa might not always be fair, and Jisoo jokingly once said she was going to report both Jennie and Lisa as they once again were teaming up on Jisoo in a tv show.

Who told you Jennie wants to break their bond??? Jennie has a best friend and her name is Chahee. She does not consider herself to be bestfriend with Lisa because she always says Lisa is like a younger sister to her. She always just wanted Lisa to be just her bff and she always saw Lisa as a protective and safe place.
