Thanks for the reaction. This event is quite a big deal actually. It's an annual charity event in France that goes back many years. It is managed by the office of the President of France, and specifically is managed by the First Lady/Spouse of the President. The purpose of the charity is to raise funds to support and help hospitalized children. The meaning of the name in English is literally "The Gala of the Yellow Pieces"... and "yellow pieces" means "yellow coins". Originally, many years ago, the focus of the charity was to encourage people to donate coins and small change (the "yellow coins") which were usually bronze or gold in color. If you look at Lisa's outfit, it was literally designed to symbolize the "yellow coins" charity event. There were many big acts at the event, but Lisa was clearly the main event and performed the finale stage. Lisa was personally invited by the First Lady of France to perform at the event.
