Great video! I didn’t realize I had a Lisa Eldridge collection of lipsticks until I counted. And I do 😂. She does have wonderful formulas and shades. From her new ones I did pick up a few and I have to say “Meet Me in Berlin” gives me all the 90’s feels. I absolutely love it! I also truly love “Strawberry Shock” as well. It’s one of those colors that just brightens your mood when you apply it. I also got “New Wave” which is beautiful. I love those saturated violet tones. This one is gorgeous. “Je Ne Sais Quoi” and “Le Mepris” are the other two I picked up, also very lovely. Velvet Cinnabar, Affair, Ribbon and Dragon are some of my previous faves. She does rich brown/red tones and orange/red tones so well. She does know what she’s doing. 💄
I find very interesting how the shades look very different on each skin tone. Really flattering nevertheless ❤️ and ribbon is my perfect red 😍! I adore it

I think rainbow spill is a beautiful color on you. It's just such a punchy color that it will mostly look a little artificial on most skin tones. So if you enjoy it, keep it :)
Everytime I purchase a new Lisa Eldridge lipstick I want another one. They are gorgeous, I didn’t have meet me in Berlin on my wish list but I will add it now 😍
Her website says that EU orders are shipped from Holland (that's how they say it, not my words), so it makes perfect sense that you get everything ao quickly! Meanwhile my Pat palette was sent to me via the Netherlands and everyone was like "they are messed up, you won't get your order for another month" - for all orders shipped via NL. 😬
Haha it does?! I haven't noticed but makes total sense. I think a lot of shipments from North America come in Europe via Schiphol because it is a very central and big airport. Also depends how you order...the last two times I ordered with free shipping and it took about 10-12 days, if you get express it is always there in 3-4 days.
@@mariam.a. Oh yeah it must be crazy busy, but it ended up making a bad name for itself. I hope that this one is not going to take so long. Tracking says it's in my country but needs 9-15 days to delivery. Meanwhile my country is a 3 hour drive end to end. 😅😅😅

Meet Me In Berlin...it is my perfect nude (I'm a New Caledonia in Nars). I have never had a brown lip color that was all the right balance of brown. Not too pink, not too red, not too orange. It was my first time experiencing an actual MLBB. Like lol I'm totally done buying brown lipsticks because I found...the one! You make me wanna try Ribbon and Strawberry Shock. But, I'll wait until I'm a bit more brave for those! BUT lol I do want to go back and get Night Thoughts, Palazzo, and Painterly (my mom took mine lol). p.s. your son is so cute!
I can totally imagine, brown lipstick sounds so easy to make and yet, somehow, finding the right one is harder than finding your perfect red. Which by the way is Ribbon! Everyone needs Ribbon in their life!

Now that I have a few online friends, it’s perplexing/frustrating when we “can’t” make the leap to the next stage because of distance. I think you need to invest in the velvet decade liner to assist in the issues you’re having. A lip brush will apply less product too or blot your lips after you apply. The liner and the blot technique are my favourite. 😉
@@PinCushionQueen oh god no, nobody got time for that. I apply one layer from the bullet and usually that’s enough. I do use the mAC prep &prime lip primer and that makes a huge difference for me.
I love my Painterly Lucent lip! I also have Velvet Affair but I am not super keen on the tone on my skintone. I think Muse might have suited me better. Gorgeous formula though! Great video Mariam 😍
Watching this in anticipation of her new lipsticks to see if there are any older ones I should pick up. I don’t have velvet ribbon but I’m picking that one up with my order. I am elevating my lipstick game this year as a personal tribute to my mom she lost her battle to cancer in September and she loved lipstick all her life.
