Lisa Gerrard is considered a contralto vocalist. Her vocals have been variously described as rich, jaw-dropping, unique, deep, dark and mournful. @deaddoc I want to correct this comment a little. SOME songs she sings are actually in languages. She has sung in Gaelic, Latin, Aramaic, and I think one or two others. But however she does it, she adds something that is deeply affecting all of us with ears to hear. And how could one not hear this?
Shes awsome inspires me to open up to anything can become a sound in the way you hear it like she has said :) relaxes my mind soul and spirit this one i listen to everyday without boring
