LISA IS A BAD MENTOR.... || Mentor LISA in a nutshell (REACTION) 

I know it looks kind of funny, but in reality Lisa actually went through hell just to get to the K-pop business, so I can kind of understand why she’s very strict. It’s such a gruelling competition if you go to K-pop, let alone being born from Thailand, and she was probably judged strictly, when she was just training to be an idol

The show is a survival show we’re different girls or trainees from different agencies in China compete to be in a group. There are four mentors in the show Lisa is the dance mentor.

Just to clarify: Lisa was a mentor/judge of this Chinese survival show called YOUTH WITH YOU Season 2 - THE 9. NINE because they were forming a girl group with 9 members. Lisa was invited to be a DANCE Mentor. (because the other judges are for vocals, rapping etc). It was filmed in pre-pandemic and during pandemic and was released in March 2020. That's why she had to go back to Korea in YG to film it online. Main language of this show is Chinese. And Lisa communicates with them using Thai and English language. That's why she always had an in-ear as her own Translator. The dance studio has a translator too. Lisa taught them well and very thankful to her. This video is edited by a fan and meant for entertainment. But if you will see the full episode of the real clip, Lisa was a very hands-on mentor and gave them a lot of encouragement.💛

LISA is not a bad mentor , for BLINKS its like a joke. In kpop MENTORS are really rude , cold and harsh. LISA also told what she has faced in her trainee days. LISA didnt came here for sweet talks , she came here to teach them and make them debut. So she needs to be strict. And many of them debut in a chinese pop

Can tell the difference between chinese, korean or japanese? The tone gives it away once you keep the watching kpop. This is a chinese show in china. Not kpop related. Lisa can only speak english or thai “her native tongue” in this show. Its a survival show in china and the government did not let any south korea promotions so they did not let lisa speaks any korean at all. Lisa isn’t fluent in chinese so the only way of communicating to the trainees was english

u have to understand that real teachers in kpop companies are way more strict with idols, Lisa is literally just strict enough and actually very nice compared to actual dance teachers, these is a SURVIVAL show and the trainees are competing with each other and Lisa is there to be a MENTOR, not a babysitter. Lisa is just professional about her work which she loves and thats why she is there, thats why she is the best dancer in kpop, strict teachers actually want to get the best out of u

This is a survival show and she is the mentor. She is giving them a reality check cause they are taking this thing for granted. She is only making them realise that there might not be a second chance. She isn't even 1/4 strict than my actual dance mentor. You can't be all the time lovey dovey. She is there as mentor for god sake not a baby sitter

Lisa is not mean, she is doing her job. This is what a mentor has too do she has too be strict too learn them what they can do better. It's not that she is trying too be mean or something.

I do not know if you guys have watched it yet, but you should react to A2K (America TO Korea) which is a competition show for a new global girl group run by JYP (which groups like Stray Kids, Twice, NMIXX and Itzy are under). They held auditions in LA, New York Atlanta and Chicago and then trained them in Korea at the JYP training centre.

I didn’t watch the vid and I don’t plan to either but I just wanted to let y’all know that Lisa is NOT a bad mentor or “mean” she is making them good performers bc if not the fans will and that’s even meaner. Oh and the fact your watching a nut shell video and saying she’s mean and stuff is outrageous especially bc some clips aren’t here to show you why she pushes them so hard and that’s what any good teacher would do especially bc she had to practice her ass off to be where she is(yes I am quite aware that even though I’m not watching the video my comment will get them money,I am simply putting my opinion on this)

Although I’m a huge stay I liked the new album from Ateez ,,new world“ really much, most of the songs there exceeded songs from stray kids. I really would recommend you to watch the new album. It’s a survival show. These girls are betting their lives for a chance to debut and if they aren’t going to take it seriously and really put in the effort, they don’t need to be on the show. If you think Lisa is mean for being detail oriented and wanting the girls to do their best, then you must’ve NEVER done dance before… or even any type of competitive sports team.
