Look for the Fernandez change, and the effort she puts into each pitch (side view). At the end of Jenni's time, she is working on her change. Watch her mechanics....same as we use.

This is why i always go against people said things like that because this why are new generation don't do things the way the get us to do now everything is different everyone have to do the same thing that's why the struggle because the coaches want then to look like puppets hey is time to be realistic and stop been doing the same thing and change and you will see how the new generation change.
