NO you stupid fucking idiot. Lisa only helped to write the LYRICS for the music that the BSB producers had made (Sanberg and Yacoub), not the MUSIC. I hate it when people think writing lyrics is writing a song. The lyrics can be replaced by a million other versions of diferent lyrics, it's the MUSIC that matters. It's the MUSIC that makes a song be what it is. A song is only born when the music is made. So, in other words. NO she did NOT write this song and "give to BSB".
@@oiuyuioiuyuio Without the lyrics, there would have been no Shape of My Heart. Sandberg AKA Max Martin and Yacoub AKA Rami didn’t come up with the idea for the song. She did. Max Martin gives her far more credit for that than you do.
@jennibsb Just because you are totaly in love with backstreet boys it doesnt make them better, usually the original artist do it better then everybody else ...
She is definitely beautiful and talented. But BSB’s version is an iconic earworm and provokes an emotional reaction from their fans when they hear it. Lisa version is poppy and catchy but not in the same league as the BSB single.
You're an idiot. This version is shit. Also, she didn't write the music for this song. She only helped write the lyrics. The lyrics are replaceable, the music is NOT. The BSB version is pure perfection. This is just below average, forgettable shit.
@@oiuyuioiuyuio This version is not shit, fool. It’s just different. She came up with the original idea for the song and the lyrics. It’s irrelevant that she didn’t come up with the music. Without her, there is no Shape of My Heart and the Backstreet Boys don’t have one of their most iconic singles and arguably their best song. So, show her the respect that she’s deservedly earned!!
Better? Very, very few people who are not already fans of hers would agree. The BSB version is iconic and is arguably one of their best, if not the greatest, song that they have ever sang. Lisa’s version is catchy and poppy but nowhere close to being in the same league. It would have been really interesting to hear what the late, great Marie Fredriksson and Per Gessle could have done covering both versions of Shape of My Heart.
Different? Yes. Better? No. BSB’s version is iconic and emotional. It makes people feel. It makes them remember and cry. Her version is poppy and catchy, like Sting’s original recording of Fields of Gold. But what he sang pales in comparison to Eva Cassidy’s wistful, melancholy cover.
