I don’t think anyone is saying the song is bad because the lyrics aren’t deep/meaningful. You know there can be songs that aren’t deep/meaningful but have good lyrics. Im not saying I hate money (the song), I actually like it but the lyrics could’ve been better in my opinion.

Money is really much more westernize than Lalisa. That is why most western reactors here prefer Money. Well, even I, I prefer money than Lalisa.

돈 is more like the word for money in general, physical and electronic, but if you’re talking paper money, 현금 is more specific and more commonly used

Hi! I just have a question. I am not asking this to offend you or anyone but what's your thoughts that Lisa is wearing this kind of braids? Twitter are having a clash right now and saying this is "CA". As far as I know, box braids is literally have boxy-square shaped hair division.

@@mrs.roronoa2741 Good question. She does not have box braids which is a style typically worn by Black people. But she has braids and braids goes way back before "black" culture. I have no problem with them.

But when people refer to “black culture” it’s the culture created from the ancestors of slaves which we know was not that long ago in the sense of time. I hope I was clear. Black culture is what was created since our history was stripped away.

@@bangtanistheway4318 exactly... and the fact they pointed it out saying "I like her hairstyle" means that they KNOW that it was wrong and what lisa was going for which was red box braids. But they didnt say anything just because its "Lisa". Although it made seem like such a small problem on the outside but on the inside the black community been looked down for wearing braids especially if they are colored braids such as red, green, or even blonde. We been called "dirty" "unprofessional" "bald" "ghetto" "nasty" and much worse when we wear braids. EVEN BY OUR OWN PEOPLE. and to see Lisa wear braids MULTIPLE TIMES and get praised for it makes me feel like dang. Why is she getting praised for it but us black females get bashed for wearing it.

me too i was hoping some of the reactors would talk about it (Black reactors obviously). he did say “oo I love the hairstyle” during the scene where she’s wearing the braids. it’s causing a lot of talk on twitter like you said and i think it’d be great to get the opinion from someone who isn’t on stan twitter (bc it’s a v toxic place)

I don't think twitter is such a great reflection of real life. A LOT of people around the world that aren't American do not believe in/do not know what Cultural Appropriation is. And for good reason, because no culture is original, every culture takes from one another and sharing cultures is the way world develops, not to mention we love seeing foreigners try our things out and find beauty within our culture. Writing on paper was invented by the Chinese and is their culture, and now the whole world uses it, same with farming coming from the middle east and so much more. My country is basically a huge melting pot in Asia from all over the middle east, Africa, Asia and Europe. And we love sharing cultures and other people love partaking in another culture's beauty. A lot of people I know including my family members have gone to Africa to either visit or volunteer/help in certain communities, and like many other places in the world, they don't mind in a negative way when you wear a clothing piece or a hairstyle. My sister and cousin, Asians, were complimented on the cornrows they had done there by locals, and these are Africans born and raised, so they are more familiar with the culture than anyone. Not to mention that nearly every culture in the ancient world had very similar braids at some point. Like many things in fashion, it went in and out of style. So I personally do not really care about the American view that encourages segregation and division, especially when the validity of the conversation comes from American social issues, and Lisa is a Thai woman.
