While this case was not "Prohibited from discussion elsewhere" it should be spoken of in a manner that does not give a presumption of innocent until proven guilty. She had a meeting earlier in the week with the Judge and Defense Counsel for the accused and was advised to be careful with her speech. In her position that should be enough to advise you not to speak of it at all.

And luck for Justice that it was, because it came out later that the DPP had a made a huge dereliction of duty in taking sides in the case, and deliberately withholding crucial evidence from the Defense that was very important and changes the trial. Namely, the Police report detailing Higgins: (1) refusing to hand over her phone for evidence; (2) deleting data before handing over electronics; (3) falsely claiming she got a rape kit done when she had not; (4) saying in her private notes that "what the liberal party needs is a really big sex scandal"(I can't recall the exact wording). Then there was: (5) Legal Aid refused help unless Bruce said he was guilty!! Imagine that! (6) Higgins didn't just avoid these slam dunks for her own case, she went to the media & paraded herself despite the problems she had been informed that it would cause for her own trial. All those facts about Higgins & the failures of the DPP & Legal Aid corruption only came to light because the trial got delayed. (7) Note the we don't know if this case is a true or false accusation, bc statistics don't mean anything for an individual case. (8) Note also the fact that people exist with she big emotional addiction problems or other incentives that Munchausen syndrome by proxy is a real condition despite how bewildering that fact is. False Accusations are real things too, and (9) Parliament is the perfect place for that, for obvious reasons. (10) Doesn't mean for sure that she is lying or telling the Truth, but notice the utter incompetence & ideological campaigning for "Guilty if Accused" in this case, of the DPP, Legal Aid, and the Manipulative Corporate Media.

Don''t forget she started out on Dolly back in the day. This would have been a fine speech had it not been sub judice.
