It's a real graffiti, usually some businesses or the council of Lisbon collaborates with the local graffiti artists so they can make this awesome arts throughout the city. They used to have a slogan graffiting is not destroying, as they wanted to do art and not destroy the beautiful architecture in Lisbon, and the city embraced it and now we have several beautiful graffitis through the city.
