It will explain about:
How to get all regions for EC2 in AWS ?
How to list all EC2 Instances across all regions ?
This code will help you to get the list of all running EC2 instances across all regions in an AWS account.
This code will dynamically pick up all the aws ec2 regions. So the code will work perfectly without any modification even if a new region gets added to the AWS.

I think it would be more useful if you can pull EC2 I inventory from multiple regions along with multiple accounts, as now a days it's very common that everyone is using multi account structure

It's good but not useful as long as you can't retrieve data from multiple accounts along with multiple regions as that's the trend and actual requirement in most of the company

There are lot of things are repeated. Even though you have explained the boto3 concepts, it would have been good, if you would have covered more things
