First of all THANK YOU. Tim… in March I finally released my mother’s ashes who passed eight years ago and I’ve been very ill with unbelievable solar plexus pain since! I’ve been to the docs… everything is normal in fact I’m in great health. It does move which validates its energetic. Some days I feel it’s gone and then whammy. It’s exhausted me and I know deep down this is a very very deep purge… the pain and illness has kept me in bed most of this year that’s how deep this has been. I started consciously working with it this last week and it started shifting. Just wow how physical this year has been. Thank you and love to your heart center friend… we need each other on this path. So grateful to have you on my screen. ❤️ May your healing and alchemy be smooth and blessed. Thank you for confirming it’s been the year of the body… lol.. I knew this dragon year would be intense going in but I had no idea. We got this. And our beautiful bodies need our love. They do so much for us. 🙌😎😎🙌🥰

Tim, thank you for the beautiful sharing. My heart is the part of my body that called for attention, perhaps because it bears two areas of damage. If I provide what it tells me it needs, all other things will be taken care of. Heart spoke to me. It wants the superglue of faith, and the release the old wounds that were heart-breaking. So, I guess releasing the old wounds might leave gaps and a little free fall, but with the superglue of faith, the Universe will catch me. I'm ashamed to say that, as the event was loaded with trauma and confusion for self and family, I misremembered the date of my own mum's passing. I thought it was 18th September but it was 9th September. I speak with her most days and I know she hears me and is helping, as she has learned and cares. So all of your sharing is a wonderous gift this morning.

Thanks Tim.This makes sense to me.I fractured my sternum in the middle of my chest two weeks ago a have been in a lot of pain. I had been thinking it could be some kind of release from ancestral trauma but found it hard to believe my bones would fracture from lifting a chair. Thanks for helping me understand what may be happening I don’t trust my intuition enough ❤

Iv been suffering with a bad head cold nose running like a tap chest congested scratchy throat for a week. I had dreams last week about past family members of my ex and knew it was a healing response. It was them looking for me to help them Yesterday I tuned into this cold and thought what's my body trying to tell me. My grandfather who I never met and who had an affair came to mind. My ex had affairs also. I realise now I was given the experience from my ancestral line to know the feeling my poor grandmother and the shame that it brought to the family in order to heal it. I thanked my grandfather and send him love. I am flushing out the emotional pain and heart ache 💔 I'm grateful for this insight . Thanks Tim for reminding me to heal myself ❤❤
