They have a lot of hip hop artists in Korea. Jay Park is so popular that he got signed under Roc Nation. Unfortunately, Asians in the US aren’t exactly taken that well imo. His song “Mommae” is still popular to this day, since maybe 20(?) years ago. He said he has to keep working out bc he takes off his shirt in the performance and ppl just won’t stop playing/loving the song (definitely get the reason lol). Watch that one. Great rapper/singer.
