Go to settings, go to menu and bind it to a key. Then go to the menu with story mode and stuff and press that key, and select chart editor.

@@creamslycream I tested it in Newground and I tried to press 7, like before, but nothing happened. Then I went to the settings and bind it to 7, went to tutorial and still nothing happens. I'm confused by this since you can still change the player icon by pressing 9, like before.
